Sean Weafer is a professional facilitator, host and MC for conferences, management away-days and events. As a professional speaker I understand the importance of how an event should flow effortlessly. Who am I and what are my areas of expertise: I am an award winning international speaker, coach and trainer to global companies such as the Financial Times, Grant Thornton, Oracle, HSBC Bank, British Telecom and I specialise in High Trust business development, networking, management and communications. In 2013 I was honoured with the Professional Speaking Associations of the UK & Ireland s Professional Speaking Award of Excellence and was invited to be the closing keynote speaker of the Global Speakers Summit in Vancouver, Canada in December, Why are my presentations of interest and relevance? Trained as a clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist (and with 30 years of business development, sales and leadership behind me) I focus on giving my audiences practical social and emotional intelligence skills so that they can build compelling and high trust business development and client relationships. To help them become more personable and not just professional showing to how to powerfully influence and engage both clients and key stakeholders for successful outcomes.

As well as being a long-time and experienced speaker and MC who has worked with many different cultural audiences, I am the author of The High Trust Adviser: How to Create High Trust and High Profits in Business Today and the training programme of the same name which helps deepen the culture of high trust business within organisations and have an excellent understanding of the business development challenges faced especially by professional, financial and technology advisors. I am also a passionate advocate for women in business in what I call The Business Feminine and support releasing the power and potential of women executives and entrepreneurs as I believe that this can be a significant transformative power within business today.
