It is vital for employers to ensure that their human resource policies and procedures comply with the changing legislative requirements, to avoid loss of productivity and profitability. SOLUTION The Diffuze Human Resources Application has been planned to change the way companies view and adopt the HR function by reducing time and effort whilst ensuring legal compliance.

It starts with the position description, carries through into the recruitment process, then induction and performance management and provides a clear separation process when needed. This ensures the most up to date information in all our employee agreements and company policies plus pushing out updates to existing employees when legislation changes. The application is able to track in real time, who has received information, who has read and signed off, and who needs to be followed up.

8 Security We take the security of your data very seriously. We store all personal information securely, and have policies and procedures intended to ensure that this information is not misplaced or misused, and that unauthorised access to, modification or disclosure of personal information does not occur. Diffuze ensures that all data and electronic communications transferred through the Services employ industry standard encryption, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificates. The SSL Certificates use best practice encryption algorithms and are issued by leading certificate authorities.
