In this study, the effect of knowledge management on and in education department of Abhar County is analyzed. he independent in this study was knowledge management and organizational assumed as dependent and organizational as mediator. After determination of validity, Cronbach s alpha for knowledge management questionnaire calculated as and for organizational questionnaire. he data collected from 71 people was analyzed aiding SPSS and linear method. s of this research indicated that knowledge management is effective on organizational and, and organizational on organizational as well as organizational is effective as a mediator between and knowledge management. Keywords: Knowledge Management, Learning, Employees Performance, Organization Knowledge management: Includes any production process or action, acquisition, capture, promotion and socialization and its application. Where the knowledge is situated, the organization and is enhanced. Performance evaluation: Systematic and regular assessment of employees work in relation to their duty in assigned professions and determination of their potential for growth and improvement (Mousavi, 2005:24). We have been overwhelmed in the traffic and under pressure of heavier works and are fighting to more chaotic lifestyle. We will be harmed due to lack of better image of life and 55

Knowledge management has been emerged as a saving factor and may guarantee the success of organizations. housands of counseling companies throughout USA present strategies for administration of knowledge capitals and intellectual capitals of organizations. hese strategies have technologic orientation constantly. he complexity of 21 st century world has accelerated the establishment of revolution environment and who fail to learn, adapt and accept the changes will be easily destroyed. Learning will rescue us and it is subject to management on organizational knowledge (Khoshsima, 2005:25). Management and evaluation is one of the most important strategic processes that in addition to promoting the responding, specifies realization rate of each organization s goals and plans. On the other side, improvement of productivity is taken into consideration by all organizations. Although, productivity in most of organizations is a function of technologic, capital and human resources, but plenty of organizations are not seeking for enhancing the productivity through improvement of their employees. Relationship between employees may be assessed and evaluated by productivity (Saebi & oosi, 2009:296). As our best knowledge, following developments in the established information and communications, current century has been called as information century. In this century, more than everything, the knowledge and its management may be deemed as the secret of organizations durability in the modern competitive world. he objective of this study is analyzing the effect of knowledge management on organizational and. his survey is comprised of a general objective titled Analysis of knowledge management and its effect on organizational and and two secondary objectives as follows: - Analyzing the effect of organizational on organization ; - Analyzing the organizational as a mediator between knowledge management and organization. Main hypothesis: Knowledge management is effective on organizational and. Secondary hypotheses: is effective on as is effective as a mediator between knowledge management and Independent Knowledge management (Derived from Layo & Vaio model, 2009) In this study, library method (including books, documents and deeds as well as needed texts collected from internet) and field survey (questionnaire) were used for testing the hypotheses. o measure the s, two questionnaires were used; one for assessment of knowledge management and the other for assessment of organizational. For assessment of organizational, the score obtained in Shahid Rajaee Festival available on the website of Zanjan Governor s Office, were used. Each questionnaire consists of two parts including general and specialized questions. In this study, for assessment of employees viewpoints and opinions, 5-point Likert spectrum was utilized, therein two options strongly disagree =5 and strongly agree =1. In all questions, 56

3 significance is higher than significance 5%. herefore, the data of this study is normal. Hypotheses analysis In this paper, parametric methods test that is concerning the study conditions and was used for analyzing the effect. Kolmogorov-Smirnov is a distribution fitness test for quantitative data. In all questions, significance is higher than significance 5%, thus data of this paper is normal. First hypothesis: Knowledge management is effective on organizational and. H0: is not effective on and. Consequently, organizational is effective as a mediator between knowledge management and Conclusions Knowledge management has been highlighted in the organizations and business literature rapidly. Currently the organizations attempt to respond the essential problems such as global competition, rapid advances in technology, compressed labor markets and change of demographic characteristics of society, but it is somewhat concerning. So, how the organizations administrate the enormous and increasing data and information savings which are productive? All public and private organizations for development, growth and durability in the modern competitive context require the evaluation system in order to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of organization plans, process and their human resources. Efficient organizations don t suffice to data collection and analysis, but use this data for improvement of organization and realization of duties and strategies. In other word, they evaluate the management instead of (Amiri, 2007:23). Knowledge management and organizational for a long time were assumed as realities almost separate from each other, in practice. Nonetheless, there are specified common elements between them. Furthermore, evolution of both processes propounds important questions such as do the organizations endure rapid changes in economy, society and workplace? If we peruse the knowledge management and organizational, can understand that technology may be replaced to human knowledge or establishes its equivalent factor (DAVENPOR & PRUSAK, 1998: 167). Proposals: According to the results of first hypothesis, following proposals are offered: - Considering the effect of knowledge management on organizational in education department of Abhar County, it is proposed to education department of Abhar County to focus on development of knowledge management in their organization for enhancing the. - Holding briefings to introduce the contents and effect of knowledge management and organizational to the employees. In consideration of results of second hypothesis, following suggestion is offered: - Education department of Abhar County should take the required incentives into account for promotion of organizational to increase the According to the results of third hypothesis, it is recommended to education department of Abhar County as follows: - Using the modern technologies, to promote the knowledge management and develop organizational and accordingly upraise the employees.
