Thanks to its ongoing marketing activities, FRIS Vastgoed Management has a waiting list of candidates for rented housing that its clients can draw from. Moreover, social media are deployed continuously to bring together like-minded house hunters. Based on their preferences and the company s product and market knowledge, FRIS Vastgoed Management is able to develop projects from the bottom up. FRIS believes passionately in the trinity of market survey, marketing and sales/letting. Through its continuous data collecting and interpretation effort, FRIS Research & Consultancy can also play a substantial role in the preliminary stages of a project. It offers advice in areas such as market analyses, commercial feasibility studies, target group identification / marketing recommendations and investments.
