Note: The definition of Federal Poverty Level (FPL) used here was based from 2013 Federal Poverty Guidelines. According to 2013 Federal Poverty Guidelines, FPL is $11, 490 for an individual and $23,550 for a family of 4. We conducted poll on seven CSU campuses 7 campuses chosen to reflect key demographics of the 15 staffed campuses (87% of total CSU student population) Goal: To determine whether students enrolled, and why or why not Voluntary, anonymous survey IRB approval on all campuses Current data based off of 1,971 survey responses ENROLLING STUDENTS: WHAT WORKS & DOESN T WORK 20
