The instructor may require written documentation from the student's primary health care provider prior to returning to the clinical setting following an illness. The student will submit to the instructor written answers to questions on material covered in class during the absence. During the makeup session the instructor will review course material and lab skill demonstrations from the missed class as well as supervise the student's lab skill practice.
