Encompass, a state of the art paperless system drives production through the use of milestone movements at critical points throughout the origination of a loan. From point of sale through funding to investor delivery, our loan origination system facilitates a high level of pipeline management through its reporting capabilities and provides MCS with valuable resources such as compliance testing throughout the life of a loan application, ensuring accuracy and proper disclosure. Operations & Technology Processors, Underwriters and Closing Department staff all rely upon Encompass360 to guide them in their daily responsibilities as the loan moves towards closing and funding. Managers are able to closely monitor the current status of a loan using the system and are able to quickly identify any issues that might cause a delay in the process, following up with swift, support and, helpful advice for the staff to resolve any problems.
