The major phases will be Inception, Elaboration, Construction and Transition, covering the specific processes of requirements analysis, design, development, testing and deployment. The iterative approach will allow the project team to capture the overall business requirements at the start of the project and refine the same over the project duration.the incremental delivery approach will allow modules to be developed independently and tested by the client, allowing for final integration. SQA Methodology Bodhtree has an independent quality assurance (QA) team with test experts whoverify software quality. This team focuses on various aspects of testing such as white box testing, functionality testing, performance testing, usability testing and test automation. The quality assurance process begins early in the lifecycle of the software project with the test team reviewing the requirements for testability. They understand the focus of the requirements and create a test strategy. The QA environment. At this point, the test team runs the acceptance tests as defined or approved by the client. In some cases, the testing team helps deploy the application at the client site and assists in the acceptance testing done by the client. The team also works with the client to identify the right set of acceptance tests that will be run to accept the application. All defects are logged into a defect tracking system. Once the application has reached the predefined quality levels and meets all the functionality criteria, the test team promotes the software to the staging or pre-production.

5 Communication Process At Bodhtree we provide the level of communication that ensures total transparency and manageability of the project activities for our customers. Bodhtree would set up project committee that would contain designated project manager and an escalation authority named to handle any change requests. The Project Manager communicates with the customer on all issues related to the project, and reports the project progress at milestones set forth in the Project Plan.
