1 ONTARIO INC. ASSESSENT REPORT DIAOND DRILL HOLES K15-62 and K15-62A PROVINCIAL RECORDING OFFICE - SUDBURY RECEIVED FEB l A.. ""^^ p.. WALKER TOWNSHIP (G-3584) LARDER LAKE INING DIVISION, ONTARIO (DISTRICT OF COCHRANE) FOR ONTARIO INC. 2 Between October 29 and November 4, 2004 numbered company ONT INC. completed metres of diamond drilling in two holes on staked mining claim L in Walker Township, Ontario. Claim equates to the SW1/4, Nl/2 of Lot 5, Concession V of the Township. The property is located approximately 60 kilometres east-northeast of Timmins, Ontario. Concession roads and local logging roads lying north of the Black River and the town of atheson offer excellent access into the work area. Drill core was logged and sampled at a facility just off the Airport road in Timmins. It is also currently in storage at the same location. Logging was completed on November 23, The splitting of 14 samples was finished up December 15, The samples were shipped by bus on December 16, 2004 to Swastika Labs in Swastika, Ontario where they were analysed for their gold content. Check analyses were also carried out by the lab. Drill hole K15-62A was the first attempt to drill test a targeted IP anomaly. The hole was terminated at 54.0 metres when the rods broke through into overburden after drilling 3.0 metres of what was thought to be bedrock. The hole was re-collared as K metres behind the abandoned hole and successfully completed to a depth of metres. Field supervision of the drill program was carried out by erle Cosby. Core logging and the sampling of 14 core intervals (sample numbers ) was performed by Wayne Corstorphine, the author of this covering report. Seventeen additional samples (27.0 through to 48.9 metres) are to be split and analysed at some future date. r. Cosby resides at 13 Windermere Road, St. Catherines ON, L2T 3W1 - Tel The author's address is 441 Hart Street, Timmins ON, P4N 6X3 - Tel ONTARIO INC.

3 -2- The following history of the Cosby Property is summarized from a January 2005 compilation by PH Consulting Limited of Toronto. The data is used here with the permission of PH and r. Cosby Hollinger ines Ltd. Ground magnetometer and very low frequency ("VLF-E") surveys over six claims in the S1/2 of Concession V, on Lots 3 and 4, Walker Twp. The western portion of the surveys extended onto the SE corner of the Cosby Property. Three diamond drill holes were drilled including two (WA and WA1-2-79) on a north-south section located about a kilometre east of the Cosby Property Amax minerals Exploration Ltd. Exploration on eight claims Concession Vein, Lot 5 Walker Twp. - now a large portion of the western half of the Cosby Property. Electromagnetic survey and a single diamond drill hole (l ) in this area. Early 1980's Ontario Geological Survey Operation Black River atheson ("BRI"), a multi-disciplinary geoscience program focusing on forty townships between Nighthawk Lake and the Quebec border included Walker Township. In 1983 a Questor airborne Input Survey at 200m line spacing (aeromagnetic and electromagnetic data). Regional basal till sampling by the OGS erle Cosby r. Cosby's original staking was in The initial property consisted often contiguous claims in Concession V, Lot 5 and the north half of Lot 6. In 1985 magnetic and VLF electromagnetic surveys on north-south lines at 400 foot spacing over the east half of the property. In period, prospecting and ONTARIO INC.

4 -3- soil geochemical activities. In 1989 a compilation report by Gillick. Claims lapsed Ontario Inc. Current Cosby property, held by Ontario Inc. was acquired in stages beginning with the re-staking of the nucleus of the original Concession Vein, Lot 5 area in September, Additional claims were staked in November 1993 and June 1998 to bring the property to its current size and configuration. In incremental stages (1992, 1994, and 1996) horizontal loop electromagnetic ("HLE") coverage was gradually completed over the property grid. This was followed in ay 1998 by a reconnaissance gravity survey over part of the property. In April 1999 a single diamond drill hole was completed near the centre of Concession Vein, Lot 5, followed by an Induced Polarization/Resistivity ("IP") survey along three selected grid lines in the area Falconbridge Limited Optioned property from Ontario Inc. under agreement dated October 31, In second half of 2001 line-cutting (north-south lines at 100 metre spacing), ground magnetometer and HLE surveys. Completed a single 258 metre diamond drill hole. Borehole Time-Domain Electromagnetic ("TDE") followed. Falconbridge held the option into the year by notifying the Company of its intention to continue and by making the second option payment. No further work was done and the agreement was subsequently terminated.
