A Novated Lease is simply an agreement between an employee, the employer and Volkswagen Finance, where we own the vehicle and the employer makes payments from the employee s pre-tax income for an agreed length of time. Registration, vehicle insurance and on-road costs can also be part of the package. If the employee leaves their job then they re responsible for paying for the Lease.
