3 OUR APPROACH As Project Manager, Entegre Project Management (ENTEGRE) will serve the Client, with a team of professionals experienced in both the Turkish construction industry and project management services. ENTEGRE will act as an extension of the Client s organization to support the Client s management during managing all design and application aspects of the project on their behalf. ENTEGRE will coordinate the activities of the designers, consultants and trade contractors, and act as the single point of contact between them and Client s Project Representative.
