Business Consulting Lab Project Course MBA Students act as consultants contracted by the company and supported by the professors approaching a real project, providing feasible solutions. This will be administered as a 3 month project where the company will benefit from the expertise and knowledge of MBA students. Summer Internship This is an opportunity to have access to the MBA talent by hosting an intern to be responsible for a 2 month full-time project at the company. I traveled to Warsaw, Poland for my internship at Makro Cash and Carry which was a golden opportunity to explore the wholesale sector and also to be a part of the multicultural and dynamic business environment of the retail giant, the Metro Group. The international flavor of the internship was an added advantage since it gave me an insight into a growing economy of Eastern Europe. At Makro, I was asked to assist a high level management team in implementing a major strategic change across the organization which helped me to understand the most important aspects of the wholesale business such as marketing, customer management, procurement (buying) and store operations.
