The simple example of how OCS works is following: Project Provider submits the project or market lead for which engineering services are required. After submitting the project details Project Provider is waiting for response and offers from OCS Companies. OCS Companies can see all projects posted by Project Providers and can decide to bid for those either on their own or if they don t have sufficient resources or they lack certain expertise they can create Project Consortia with other OCS companies and jointly bid for such projects. After receiving all offers, Project Provider will chose OCS companies which will realize project implementation. All the project management processes are done directly on the platform and OCS staff makes sure that all projects are done in a timely manner with agreed quality. 13

14 PROJECT PROVIDER Project provider is the term used for the Company or individual who has the requirements for development of specific project or is representing the Company that requires such services. Project provider can be: OCS Company itself If OCS Member Company has its own project and requires additional resources and/or specific expertise for its implementation. OCS team Project can be posted on OCS platform directly by OCS team, where OCS team acts as the mediator between the OCS Companies and company that requires development resources. Reseller / Consulting company Projects can be posted on web portal by OCS Partners that are usually consulting firms, sales companies or agents bringing project leads to OCS. Direct Client ordering company Company that requires services or resources can post the project description directly on OCS portal. 14

15 OCS COMPANY OCS Company is a term used for companies that are members of OCS. Every company that operates through outsourcing model with core of its business in ICT and/or engineering or that wants to enter this branch can apply for membership in OCS. After checking their credentials given in application and approval of membership by OCS, company becomes the member of OCS. OCS Companies can use the portal in order to: Search for new business opportunities and market leads Post the project for which they need additional resources and/or expertise from other OCS companies Apply for a posted project, either alone or as a member of Project consortia of multiple OCS Companies Search database of ICT and engineering professionals in order to identify new possible employees Be informed on all news related to global IT markets and activities of OCS Communicate with other OCS Companies using build-in forum 15
