This Privacy Policy does not apply to any purchase or related services, which are governed by a specific privacy policy accessible through the Affiliates' respective websites. By using this Platform, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not want to accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Platform. Users' personal data ( Personal Data ) may be processed and hosted in the European Union by the Kering Group, a French company whose affiliates publish job offers on the Platform. Any processing

In this Privacy Policy, the terms Personal Data shall have the meaning provided for in Article 2)a) of Directive 95/46/EC of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (herein, the "Data Directive"). The terms "Sensitive Data" shall have the meaning provided for in Article 8 of the Data Directive. Your Personal Data and, where applicable, Sensitive Data (herein and together, "Data") is collected and processed by the Kering Group and/or its Affiliates (herein, "us", "we", "our"), as well as by their service providers, located within and outside of the European Union. Your Data will be processed in order to process your job application or requests relating thereto, and to facilitate your navigation and use of the Platform. 1. Our Policy We respect Users' right to be informed regarding the collection of and other operations involving their Data. In using data that may directly or indirectly identify you personally, we will apply a principle of strict necessity for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. For this reason, we have designed the Platform in such a way that the use of your Data will be kept to a minimum and will not exceed the purposes for which your Data was collected and/or processed; we do not process your Personal Data when we can provide you with services through the use of anonymous or traffic data (such as browsing data processed to provide you with a better service) or by other means which allow us to identify you, apart from when it is strictly necessary or upon request by competent public authorities (for example, in case of traffic data or your IP address). 2. Who collects and processes your Data, how and for which purposes? The Kering Group is deemed controller of Personal Data, as defined in Article 2)d) of the Data Directive, (herein, "Controller") collected, processed and stored for the purpose of providing the job search and application services through the Platform only (herein the "e-recruiting Purposes"). As regards any further processing of Data by an Affiliate resulting from your application (contact details, CV, etc.) by any means outside of the Platform, said Affiliate shall be deemed sole Controller. Moreover, as regards any Sensitive Data which may be collected through the Platform and processed by an Affiliate, said Affiliate shall be deemed Controller of said Sensitive Data. Any provision of Personal Data or Sensitive Data by an applicant when applying on the Platform or when further corresponding with an Affiliate constitutes explicit consent, as defined in Article 8)2)a) of the Data Directive, to the processing of said Data for the purposes defined in this Privacy Policy Your Personal Data may also be processed by processors, as defined in Article 2)e) of the Data Directive, (herein and together, "Processors") on behalf of the respective Controllers of your Data. Any Sensitive Data is processed by any relevant Affiliate acting as Controller. For Sensitive Data, the Kering Group acts as Processor only.

3 The above mentioned Controllers and Processors will process your Data in compliance with the law applicable to the processing. For the e-recruiting Purposes, we collect your Data (such as personal details, address, address, and telephone number, etc.) on your User account and/or your application form. Your Data is mostly processed by electronic means and, in some circumstances, by paper-based means. Your Data shall be stored in a way which allows us to identify you for the period necessary for the purposes for which such Data was collected and subsequently processed. Please report any modification of your Data through your personal account on the Platform in order to ensure that your Data is always accurate and up-to-date, relevant and complete. 3. What happens if you do not disclose your Data to us? Granting your Data to us (in particular, your personal details, your address, your address, and your telephone number) is necessary for processing your job application, or when your Data is needed to fulfill obligations required by law or regulations. The refusal to provide us with some of your Data necessary for performing the above purposes may consequently prevent us from processing your application or fulfilling obligations required by law and other regulations. 4. Security measures We have adopted security measures to protect Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, and against all other reasons for data processing that do not comply with our Privacy Policy. The Platform uses automatic systems of browsing data collection, such as cookies. A cookie is a file stored on the hard disk of the terminal of an Internet user; it does not contain intelligible information but it allows linking between a terminal and other information about User's experience on the Platform and his/her preferences expressed while choosing services offered by the Platform. For cookies disseminated by our servers, no one else may gain access to the information contained therein. These information and data are gathered directly and automatically by the Platform. The information collected by cookies will be processed in order to optimize the services of the Platform.

4 We have provided cookies in connection to functions such as selecting the country, the language, the location, browsing job offers, applying online and in general in connection with the e-recruiting Purposes of the Platform. As you know, each Internet browser allows the blocking or the deletion of cookies. Your Internet browser contains instructions on these procedures. Your right to access your Data and further rights You are entitled to obtain, at any time, confirmation as to whether or not data relating to you is being processed, whether the data is not yet registered, and the communication in intelligible form of the data undergoing processing. Moreover, you are entitled to receive information on the purposes and way of processing your Data and details of the Controllers and Processors. You can easily find part of the above information in this Privacy Policy. You are entitled to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your Data, even if it is related to the purposes for which it was collected. Amendments and updating of this Privacy Policy We may amend or simply update all or part of this Privacy Policy, including when amendments are made to legal provisions or regulations which govern data protection and protect your rights. The amendments and the updating of the Privacy Policy shall be applicable as soon as they are published on the Platform in this section. KERING Group Property rights The site as well as all software used in connection with the Platform may contain confidential information or information protected by existing intellectual property right legislation or any other law. Hence, unless otherwise indicated, intellectual property rights relating to documents contained on the Platform and to each of the elements created for the site are the exclusive property of Kering and / or its Affiliates, given that Kering and its Affiliates did not grant any license nor any other right except that of consultation to Internet users.
