1 Chefs, Students Receive Awards at ChefConnect: Baltimore More than 450 chefs, students and foodservice professionals from ACF's Northeast and Southeast Regions gathered for hands-on workshops, culinary demonstrations and seminars and networking opportunities at ChefConnect: Baltimore, Feb Attendees learned about food pairings, vegetable-based and meat-alternative entrees, gourmet ice cream desserts, sustainable seafood, allergy-conscious and gluten-free cooking and how to build relationships with local farmers.
