(423) SCHOOL-BASED LIAISONS FOR AT-RISK YOUTH This program provides face-to-face consultation with classroom teachers to assist them in structuring the classroom to enhance the learning environment for children whose risk of developing a substance use or abuse problem is significantly higher than usual. Families Free is a licensed Alcohol and Drug Treatment Center and is able to provide therapeutic treatment groups such as Intensive Out-patient Program for Alcohol and Drug Treatment as well as a wide array of psycho-educational classes at our facility. 4 Prescription Drug Abuse Profile: SOCIO-DEMOGRAPHICS 8 COUNTY HEALTH RANKINGS 9 The University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute in collaboration with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation calculates the County Health Rankings each year. The rankings measure vital health factors such as quality of life, obesity, smoking, substance use, and other behavioral and environmental factors. In Tennessee each county is ranked out of 95, with 1 being the best of all the counties and 95 being the worst. MORTALITY 6 18
