Multifamily developments are unique in their design and construction and therefore demand special attention during all aspects of forensic investigations. Roofing materials have varied from new and old asphalt shingles, single-ply (EPDM, TPO, PVC, etc.), to multi-layer bitumen roofing. Also large industrial Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) roofing systems have been inspected.
