9 Questions Torsten Edelmann Vereniging Werkgroep Astrofotografie 9 André v/d Hoeven: FireCapture has a guiding feature, however I never succeeded to make it work properly. Would be great if it works on the Moon or Sun. I am curious how you can make work properly. Ivar Kooren: Occasionally I got light and dark frames in one video. For a good stack I need to remove all the light frames. With 120 fps and few thousends frames that s a lot of work. Especially on the Moon in combination with ZWO ASI174mm. Is this due to the USB3.0 camera, the software or the laptop? Laptop is a i7 with extra memory en a HD with fast storage capacity. Now I think about it the ASI120mm had the same problem.it would be a great advantage if one could use a Window instead of two. Pieter Welters: can you turn on the time-lapse mode to make images of, for instance, H-alpha features of the Sun. But how do you turn of the timelapse and return to the normal imaging mode? I can t find it anywhere, except by resetting the whole program. Jan Koet: I have the impression you can automatize sequences with FireCapture. Can you tell something about that and what hardware do you need. The colourfilter use in FireCapture is very interesting, as one can preset the exposure values. But what can you also automatize further? Is there also a feature to judge the quality of the focus?
