2 OUR COMPANY In 1962 was established ISA Stampi and in reason of the more decennial experience of its owners and the good quality of its manufacturing, in short time numbered among his customers the biggest and best Italian companies for moulding of plastic material. In 1968 the increasing productive demand and the bigger dimensions of moulds led on the building of the current plant, enlarged in 1987 and still now in expansion: now the production area is almost 2000 sm. In order to conform to new dynamics of international market, in February 1991 was founded TecnoISA, powered with a CAD CAM office and a brand new testing department equipped with checking software from cad data. In 1996, with cooperation of specialized consultants, was issued the Quality Manual in order to improve the quality level of the firm according to ISO 9001 system. Still today, thanks to the continue technological development and to the cooperation of high qualified staff, TecnoISA carries on his history in research of satisfaction of current and future customers requests. 2

3 ACTIVITIES Since more than 45 years our firm produces injection moulds, single and two-components moulds for automotive industry. We are specialized in building of moulds of aesthetic prestigious items as dashboards, steering wheels, lower grilles, radiator grilles, garnishes and internal coverings. We are able to supply to our customers a completed service for the product development: - Cooperation in initial engineering of item, with suggestion of alternative solutions improving the production management. - 2D and 3D design - 3D modelling with surfaces and volumes - Tool paths creation - Tooling with C.N.C workstations - Fitting and polishing - Mould testing - Trials - Dimensional checking of plastic item - Collaboration in solutions of assembling problems - Supplying of technical documents and of tool handbooks. We are able to build moulds till Kg. of weight with max. core/cavity dimensions of 2500 x 1100 mm. 3

7 We are able to build moulds till Kg of weight with max core/cavity dimensions of 2500 x 1100 mm. In addition to speeding up the tooling times, the high speed machining guarantees an excellent superficial finishing and higher precision. All our tooling machines are equipped with CNC controls connected directly to the engineering department. We are able to realise very complex manufactures, both mechanical and of shape, thanks to an EDM wire and spark machines department. 7

8 All our products are tested by a software controlled by cad data. METROLOG A measurement report is supplied as a result of test, where all checked points are verified in comparison with the cad data. The test is fulfilled on the mould; on request we supply also measurement reports of plastic items. 8

9 The fitting department is composed by high specialized operators with great capability, skilled at giving to our products the loftiest quality level. We supply our moulds with all needful devices in order to conform them to the production demand of our customers. Moreover we yield the try out service by trusted moulding firms, where we assure the technical support for solutions of possible moulding problems. 9
