3 India Trade Promotion Organization (A Government of India Enterprise) INVITATION FOR BIDS/OFFER FOR AVAILING HUGE PUBLICITY THROUGH SERVICE PROVIDER DURING IITF-2015 The interested individuals/companies wishing to undertake the Service Provider for IITF-2015 may forward their willingness with requisite amount in the form of Demand Draft favoring India Trade Promotion Organization, New Delhi to Shri K.P. Singh, Sr. Manager, India Trade Promotion Organization, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on first come first served basis. The terms and condition & technical specifications can also be collected personally from Shri K.P. Singh or Shri Mahender Singh, Manager, Fairs Services-II Division, ITPO, New Delhi. The proposed fee under each category has been specified and listing out the facilities available against the fee payable, details etc. available on websites : and The rates of Service Provider and the facilities available for each category are as under: 1. Cellular Service Provider to the tune of Rs.15,00,000/-, offering of 100 mobile sets with talk time of Rs.1000/- per set, on complimentary basis to ITPO. One/Two In lieu of the above mentioned amount from the cellular service provider, ITPO will provide the following :- 1. 4 3. 5 parking labels for fair period 4. Sharing of participants Data base. 2. Hotel Service Provider Reserve Price :- Rs.50,000/-. Multiple 1. Linkage in the IITF Website. 2. Promotional tariff of Service Provider for IITF participants would be uploaded on the fair website & corporate website i.e. & 3. Details of exhibitors and the registered business visitors will be provided by ITPO to actively interact and generate business/services provided by them as and when received. 3. Taxi Service Provider Reserve Price :- Rs.50,000/-. One/Two 1. Taxi Bay for 05 (five) cars at a given time with no entry to Pragati Maidan will be provided 2. Publicity regarding Taxi Bay will be carried out through website and other publicity mechanism of ITPO. Service 14% is payable extra. The Service Provider is required to pay 10% refundable security deposit. The electricity consumption charges will be payable extra and borne by the service provider.

5 India Trade Promotion Organization Fair Services-II Division *** GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SPONSORSHIP FOR IITF The Partner should have prior expertise in handling related/concerned jobs or the company involved in that Business field. 2. The Partner needs to give the photocopy of Registration Number/PAN of the Company. 3. The Service Partner shall be deemed to have satisfied himself as to the nature of the work, other facilities, the cost of access to the place of work and all other matters effecting the execution and completion of the work. The charges on account of levies if any, imposed by the Government of India would be paid by the Service Partner only. 4. the Service Partner shall indemnify ITPO against any damage, claim arising out of the non-compliance of the aforesaid laws and regulations, or any other claim of 3 rd party against ITPO with regard to partnership once awarded. 5. The Service Provider has to quote separate rate for each item of service. The list provided is only indicative. The partner would quote for one item given in list. No part quote is allowed. The price quoted by the partner is for all items given in the list. 6. No material will be taken over by ITPO after the Fair. Cellular Service Provider has to mount and dismantle the hoardings kept on behalf of his clients for the duration of the fair. 7. The cost does not include the following: i. The consumption charges of electricity and water during the period of the fair to be borne by the Partner. Contd 2/-

6 -: 2 :- ii. The installation charges for electricity and water connection, if any, will be extra. 8. The bids should be given in two sealed covers, clearly specifying Technical and Financial Bids. If the Technical Bid is qualified only then the financial bid of that company can be opened. 9. A duly constituted committee would evaluate the Technical Bids and those found to be qualified bids will go for next process i.e. financial bid. 10. The minimum reserve price of Partnership is as shown against each category/item and the Service Partner is required to quote same or higher than the minimum price. 11. The successful/bidder would pay the total amount for each item of service by way of Demand Draft in the name of India Trade Promotion Organization payable at New Delhi within 10 days on acceptance letter but not the lower price. 12. Service Tax as applicable from time to time will be extra and borne by the Service Partner. 13. The Electricity consumption charges will be payable extra and borne by Service Partner. 14. In addition to service tax 10% refundable security (interest free) is also payable which can be refunded after the fair. FORCE MAJEURE: 15. The scope of work does not include restoration of damage due to vandalism, natural calamities like earthquakes, floods, storm and any other acts of nature beyond the control of the Partner but includes damages due to operation, running, and maintenance of assets provided/executed. ***
