This teaching assignment requires high speed internet access, a computer that is capable of running a recent version of Internet Explorer or Firefox for PC or Mac, and a webcam. Considerations of applicants will include the following criteria: GRADEDUC 9621A Introduction to Statistics in Education: Candidates must hold a PhD in Educational Psychology or Special Education and have completed Doctoral level research courses. Applicants must have an active involvement in educational/special educational research GRADEDUC 9629A Equity and Social Justice in Education: Candidates must have a PhD with a background in Equity studies in Education and a specific knowledge and understanding of anti-racist education and theories, antihomophobic education and more broadly anti-oppressive education. An understanding of critical theories, gender theories, queer theories and theories about race, class and disability and their application to studying equity and social justice issues in education is essential. GRADEDUC 9688A Special Topics in Educational Policy Studies: Social Context of Education: Candidates must hold a PhD in Education with a focus resonant with critical social theories in education and schooling. GRADEDUC 9549Y Internship in Counselling: Preference will be given to candidates who hold a Doctorate degree in Counselling Psychology and have relevant publications. Candidates must have recent clinical experience. Teaching experience in schools and/or universities is an asset. GRADEDUC 9507B Graduate Seminar in Leadership: Candidates must hold a PhD or equivalent in Educational Administration or Leadership. Preference will be given to applicants who have relevant publications and demonstrated record of performance in teaching at the graduate level. GRADEDUC 9542B Assessment in Career & Counselling Psychology: Preference will be given to candidates who are members of appropriate professional organizations (e.g., CCPA) with appropriate certifications (e.g., CCC) or licences (e.g., C.Psych) holding a Doctorate in Counselling with post-graduate assessment experience in a school setting. Candidates must have a demonstrated record of performance in teaching. GRADEDUC 9553B Cross-Cultural Counselling: Preference will be given to candidates who hold a Doctorate degree in Counselling Psychology and have relevant publications. Teaching experience in schools and/or universities is an asset.

The successful applicant will bring academic and professional strength and collaborative abilities to the position. GRADEDUC 9434A Organizing for Instruction: Candidates must have graduate qualifications in Education Leadership or Educational Administration, preferably at a doctoral level. Desirable additional qualifications would include publications, research grants or other demonstrable expertise in the course content concerned, leadership experience in schools, school systems or post-secondary education, documented success teaching at the graduate level.

Preference will be given to candidates who also hold Certification with the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in the United States of America at a minimum of the Master's level. Where course content relates to medical management of conditions, a medical degree is a necessity. Research in the area of Applied Behaviour Analysis in diverse areas, not just developmental disabilities, is sought in the candidates. Other published research in related areas of psychology or health sciences is an asset. Experience teaching in the area of Applied Behaviour Analysis, especially in an online environment is an asset. Experience in applying the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis or in treating individuals with developmental disabilities, anxiety, mood or disruptive behaviour disorders is a strong asset for the case study method approach adopted for this course sequence.
