4 Academic Priority Prioritization Uses the prior 4 quarters of data to identify new Academic Priority students and prioritize Academic Priority students into 3 categories: Priority 1, Priority 2 and Monitor. A couple weeks after each quarter, newly identified AcP students are flagged as Academic Priority in esis. 3

5 At-Risk Student List Lists students meeting any one of the selected thresholds for Attendance, Unsatisfactory Marks or Disciplinary Incidents 4

6 Chronic Absence Monitoring Categorizes students by the Average Daily Attendance rate (ADA) into 4 categories: Good (>95%), Acceptable (90-95%), Chronic (80-89%), Severe (<80%) Includes Parent/Guardian information with phone numbers and home interpreter needs. 5

7 Disciplinary Incidents Lists students with disciplinary incidents in a selected Action or Offense Category Disciplinary Incidents Incident Details Lists the specifics of a student s incidents. Can be run from the Custom Reports page with a Student ID. 6

8 Student List with Home Information Lists students with their demographics, current year ADA%, parent/guardian info and interpreter needs. 7

9 Student List with Literacy Assessments Lists students by Homeroom or ELA Teacher with easycbm, DIBELS and/or IDEL scores. Scores from the current/most recent benchmarking window and the prior 2 windows are shown. For the most recent window, all measures are shown. Students who did not make adequate progress from the prior benchmark window are highlighted. Students who are exempt from testing in the most recent benchmark window show as Exempt. 8

10 Student List with OAKS Scores Lists students with their most recent OAKS results in all 4 subject areas, plus ADA and suspensions/expulsions for the school year. For Reading and Math, the RIT Gain from the prior year and the Growth Target* for the assessment are listed. A current year Growth Target* is also shown. *Growth Targets are calculated using the old (pre-esea Waiver) ODE method. 9

11 Master Schedule Lists teacher schedules by period showing courses with counts of students Individual students are available by clicking on a teacher or course. Shows a Weighted Load for each teacher. 10

12 Highly Qualified Teacher Validation Lists teacher licenses and endorsements, teacher schedules by period with student counts Shows Highly Qualified status of the teacher for each course (Only Core Courses are assigned a status) Core course sections with a teacher who is not HQ to teach are highlighted in grey 11

13 Discipline Cluster Report Graphs discipline data for all schools in a Cluster (or all High Schools). Left side graphs show incident counts, and student counts. Right side graphs show exclusions (susp/exp) by Race, SpEd & ESL and calculate Relative Rates for non-white ethnicities. 12

14 ELL Letter of Notification For a school, prints parent letters of placement for all LEP students. 13

15 LEP Student Master Schedule For a school, counts LEP students in each classroom, and total students. Shows teacher ESL Endorsements, ELD Certifications and SI Training. Click on a Teacher or Course to get a list of LEP students. 14

16 LEP Student ELPA History Lists LEP students with 5 years of ELPA and most recent OAKS assessments. The most recent testing year shows all strands plus the Growth from the prior year. 15

17 LEP Student Monitoring Used for monitoring LEP students who have been re-classified (exited). Shows LEP data, Disciplinary exclusions, ADA, GPA, Core Subject Course failures, ELPA scores, OAKS scores. 16

19 Program Student List with OAKS Scores Lists students in a selected program and school with demographics, most recent OAKS scores and Discipline counts. 18

20 High School State Assessments Results Lists student OAKS highest test results for the High School level OAKS test. Shows the grade level in which the student took the assessment. Highlights juniors who still need to participate in current year testing in either Reading or Math. 19

21 High School Class List with OAKS Strands (by Subject) Lists student OAKS strand results for the High School level OAKS test. Report is sorted by teacher & class period. 20

22 K-8 / Middle State Assessments Results Lists student OAKS highest test results for tests taken in the selected school year and subject. Includes demographics, the gain needed to meet the benchmark, the Growth Target* and ADA% When running for a prior year, can see current student s prior year results, or prior year student results *Growth Targets are calculated using the old (pre-esea Waiver) ODE method. 21

24 Individual Student Test History Lists entire Assessment history with strand scores for individual students. OAKS, ELPA, easycbm, DIBELS, IDEL and ACT can be included. The number of years of assessment data to be included can also be specified. Can be run for a single student, a teacher s students, or a school. 23
