Sempra Mexico is now IEnova IEnova is a leader in the energy infrastructure industry in Mexico. We have invested more than $2.4 billion dollars in gas and power infrastructure and in the next three years, we plan to invest an additional $1.5 billion dollars. We have successfully launched an IPO of $600 million, becoming the first private energy company listed in the Mexican Stock Exchange. At IEnova we are convinced that energy is a key driver for the development of our country.

About Us IEnova was one of the first private companies to participate in the energy infrastructure business in Mexico, as a result of Mexican reforms that allowed private participation in gas pipelines, distribution and storage. During the last 16 years we have increased our presence as leaders in private investment in the Mexican Energy Sector. Our achievements as a pioneer company in private investment in Mexico include: We were the first company to win a bid for natural gas distribution service in Mexico; We built the first natural gas pipeline in the state of Baja California, and have been the only developer of open-access natural gas pipelines in Baja California; Our natural gas pipelines in Baja California allowed the Mexican Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) to convert its power generation facilities from fuel oil to natural gas; We are the main natural gas supplier to the CFE in Baja California; We built the first LNG receipt terminal in the West Coast of the Americas; and We are developing the first cross-border renewable energy project in Mexico, Energia Sierra Juarez. In addition we have developed strategic partnerships. In 2010, we acquired various assets including a 50% interest in Gasoductos de Chihuahua, a joint venture with Pemex Gas. The joint venture currently develops, owns and operates natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas infrastructure.

Our Company IEnova, a Sempra Energy company, develops, builds and operates energy infrastructure in Mexico. With more than 400 employees and an investment of $2,400 million dollars. Our footprint in Mexico ranges across several business lines encompassing the entire energy infrastructure value chain open to private investment in Mexico, making us one of the largest private energy companies in Mexico. Our assets are divided in two business segments: The gas segment, which includes transportation, storage and distribution of gas; and The electricity segment, which includes a natural gas-fueled, combinedcycle power generation facility and a wind power generation project currently under development.

Gas Segment Gas Pipelines IEnova owns and operates natural gas, LPG storage and transportation systems throughout the states of Baja California, Chihuahua, Jalisco, Nuevo Leon, Sonora and Tamaulipas. the Baja East Pipeline and the pipelines system in the United States. The pipeline is comprised by a 45 km. pipeline and by a 8,000 horsepower compression station. Our storage and transportation systems include: More than 500 kilometers (km) of natural gas pipelines with a transportation capacity of over 5,700 million cubic feet per day (MMcfd) of natural gas; Six natural gas compression stations with a total power of over to 160,000 horsepower; 190 km of LPG pipelines with a transportation capacity of 30,000 barrels per day (bld) (1.6 mthd) per day; and An LPG storage facility with a total of 120,000 bld (6.6 mthd). Our pipelines include: Aguaprieta Pipeline is a system comprised of a 13 km pipeline that transports natural gas from the Mexico U.S border to the Fuerza y Energia Naco-Nogales power plant, southwest of Agua Prieta, Sonora. Naco Compression Station is a 14,000 horsepower compression station. This station is part of the Naco - Hermosillo natural gas system, property of Pemex Gas y Petroquímica Básica. Gasoductos de Chihuahua is our 50% joint venture with Pemex Gas y Petroquímica Básica. This joint venture owns the San Fernando pipeline, Samalayuca pipeline, TDF LPG pipeline system, Gloria a Dios compression station and the Guadalajara LPG storage facility. In addition to these projects, we are currently constructing an Ethane pipeline that will run through the states of Tabasco, Chiapas and Veracruz. Baja East Pipeline is a bi-directional system located in Baja California comprised by three pipelines with a total length of 302 km, as well as a 30,000 horsepower compression station. The pipeline interconnects with the pipeline system in the United States. Baja West Pipeline is a bi-directional system that interconnects with Gasoducto Sonora CFE awarded IEnova two contracts for the construction and operation of a gas pipeline network in northwest Mexico. The network is comprised of two segments. The first segment (505 km) will transport natural gas from Sasabe to Guaymas, Sonora., and the second segment (330 km) will transport from Guaymas to El Oro, Sinaloa.

LNG Storage: Energía Costa Azul Energía Costa Azul was the first west coast liquefied natural gas (LNG) receipt and storage terminal in the Americas. It s located in Ensenada, Baja California Our LNG terminal receives, stores and regasifies LNG for our customers. We deliver the resulting natural gas to our Baja East pipelines for its distribution to Baja California and the United States. The LNG terminal has the capacity to deliver 1,300 million cubic feet (m 3 ) of natural gas per day. The LNG terminal has two tank with a total storage capacity of 320,000 m 3. Natural Gas Distribution: Ecogas Ecogas is a natural-gas-distribution utility, that serves approximately 90,000 industrial, commercial and residential customers. Ecogas is located in three distribution areas: Mexicali: Serving the city of Mexicali. Chihuahua: Serving the cities of Chihuahua, Cuauhtemoc-Anahuac and Delicias. La Laguna-Durango: Serving the cities of Durango, Torreón, Gomez Palacio and Lerdo. Ecogas main offices are located in Chihuahua.

Power Segment Termoeléctrica de Mexicali Termoeléctrica de Mexicali (TDM) is a natural-gas-fired, combined-cycle power-generation facility located in Mexicali, Baja California. It began operations in June The power plant receives natural gas from Energía Costa Azul and imported gas from the United States via its connection with IEnova s Baja East pipeline. TDM uses advanced and efficient environmental technologies that meet, or exceed, the environmental standards of both Mexico and California. It has recently received a clean-industry certification from the Mexican government. Energía Sierra Juárez Energía Sierra Juárez is a wind-power generation project that will be built in various phases in Baja California s Sierra Juarez mountain range one of the strongest wind resources on the west coast of North America. At full build out, the project is expected to generate up to 1,200MW of renewable wind energy, which will be available for both export to the United States and for consumption in Mexico. The first phase of the project (156 MW) will be located in La Rumorosa, near the United States-Baja California border. It will represent an estimated investment of $300 million. The project will interconnect with the Southwest Powerlink, in east San Diego via a new cross-border transmission line, and could also potentially connect to the Mexican power grid.

Environmental Responsibility At IEnova we are committed to respecting, protecting and conserving the environment in a sustainable way. Through various actions, we have shown that energy infrastructure can be compatible with the protection and preservation of the environment, when handled in a responsible manner. Community Looking after our communities involves more than delivering safe and reliable energy. We are committed to being good corporate citizens and working alongside community and business leaders to invest our time, talent and resources to help improve the quality of life for our neighbors and customers.
