5 Ty Miller President Ty Miller President Jeff Peterson Managing Director Ty Miller is President of A.G. Hill Partners, LLC. Ty s work experience includes 28 years at Bank One, where he served as President and CEO of Bank One Global Treasury Services (GTS), until Bank One s merger with JP Morgan Chase in August He reported to CEO Jamie Dimon and served on the Planning Group, Bank One s 13-member Executive Management Committee. GTS provides a comprehensive range of payments and transaction processing services to businesses across the globe. Prior to GTS, he was Chairman and CEO of Bank One, Texas NA. He currently serves as a Director for A.H. Belo Corporation (NYSE:AHC), SWS Group, Inc. (NYSE:SWS), Fortress Solutions, Dimension Energy Services, Smith Pipe of Abilene and COMM Group, Inc., an online travel company. In addition, he serves on the Investment Sub-Committee of Texas Health Resources and as an Advisory Director of Colonnade Advisors, LLC in Chicago. Ty previously served as a Director of Paymentech LLC, Visa USA and Corillian and was on the Executive Committee of The Clearing House, New York. From October 2005 until February 2008, Ty was a Venture Partner with Austin Ventures, a venture capital firm. Ty earned both a BBA and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

6 Ty Miller President Jeff Peterson Managing Director Jeff Peterson Managing Director Jeff Peterson joined A.G. Hill Partners in 2012 as Managing Director and serves on the Investment Committee. His principal responsibility is overseeing the investment activities of Galatyn Private Equity LLC. Previously, he was an officer of Capital Southwest Corporation, a publicly-traded private equity firm, where he spent eleven years on the team, including two years serving as the President and CEO of Whitmore Manufacturing Company. Peterson has served on the board of directors and various committees of thirteen middle market companies. He has served as the President of the Southern Regional Association of Small Business Investment Companies, on the Board of Governors of the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies, on the Steering Committee of the Dallas-Fort Worth Private Equity Forum and on the Education Committee of the Venture Capital Institute. Peterson received a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA with Distinction from Cornell University. In 2010, Peterson was recognized as one of the Dallas Business Journal s 40 Under 40 Honorees.
