4 4( Co-founder of the international summer school "Thrid:Space for Learning on Artists and Organisations", which was organised in Copenhagen August 2014 in collaboration between Artlab of the Danish Musicians' Union, Copenhagen Business School, University of the Arts London, University of Chester, and Lappeenranta University of Technology. The summer school was used as a platform to test and study an arts-based learning practice called "Learning Jam" (see bibliography Lehikoinen, Pässilä and Owens 2015 forthcoming). International collaboration and positions of trust in society have produced opportunities to work in close liaison with public agencies such as Ministry of Education and Culture, Ministry of Social Affairs and Health and Arts Promotion Centre Finland. Further, such collaboration has produced the first postgraduate diploma programme on artistic interventions (30 ECTS credits) that was lauched first in Europe in 2014 by the University of the Arts Helsinki. The programme produces specialised artists to work as creative facilitators in processes of organisation and innovation development. The societal impact of the programme is two-fold: first, it flags up new professional career opportunities for artists; second, it produces specially trained creative talents to generate value from the arts for organisations. Furthermore, the collaboration has produced the International Summer School Third:Space for Learning on Artists and Organisations, which University of the Arts Helsinki launched in collaboration with Artlab, Copenhagen Business School, Lappeenranta University of Technology, University of Chester and University of the Arts London in Copenhagen in August In addition, the collaboration has produced frequent invitations to address topics such as artsand culture-based services of well-being, the value of arts-based creativity for organisations, and the changing role of the artist in society.
