Get cash back every quarter 1 Each quarter, your company will receive a cash rebate for American Airlines flights taken within an eligible fare class airline savings that directly impact your bottom line. The Corporate Card that gives you three ways to save Your company s rebate will be: 10% if your company does not use an American Airlines negotiated discount when booking travel. 5% if your company uses an American Airlines negotiated discount when booking travel. 2 Eligible fare classes are P, F, A, J, Y, B, and H, which include most unrestricted fare classes (first, business, and full coach) and other select business fares. These fare classes represent 50% 60% of a typical mid-size company s airline spending. 2. Earn company-level award points faster 3 Whether your employees use flexible last-minute fares or discounted Web fares, you can earn real value every time they fly American Airlines. Just by signing up for the Card, your company will be automatically enrolled in the Business ExtrAA program a travel incentive program that awards points to your company when your employees fly American Airlines. For each flight taken on American Airlines, your company will earn: 2 4 Business ExtrAA Base Points directly from American Airlines for every $20 spent on airfare. 1 Business ExtrAA Bonus Point for every $20 of airfare charged to the Card. After spending as little as $8,000 with American Airlines, your company can earn enough Business ExtrAA Points to receive a round-trip flight certificate, one of over 20 award options in the Business ExtrAA program. 6 Terms and Conditions 1 American Express / Business ExtrAA Corporate Card Rebate: Rebate is earned on base published flown airfare only (does not include taxes, discounts, surcharges, and fees) for fare classes P, F, A, J, Y, B, and H and is sent quarterly to clients via electronic funds transfer or check. Passengers must fly in order to earn rebate. To qualify, flights taken must be both marketed and operated by American Airlines, American Eagle, or AmericanConnection (codeshare flights do not apply) and for which American appears as the merchant of record. Clients are eligible to earn rebates on the first $1,000,000 of American spend that is flown in a calendar year and purchased using the Card. 2 American Airlines Negotiated Discounts: While all qualifying American Express / Business ExtrAA Corporate Card clients will receive rebates associated with the Card program, American reserves the right in its sole discretion to designate which accounts are eligible for an American negotiated discount. Flights that are booked and receive discounts through the American Express One Air Savings Program will receive a 2.5% rebate in addition to the discount already received when booking travel. 3 Business ExtrAA Points: Business ExtrAA Bonus Points ( Bonus Points ) are earned on base published flown airfare only (not including taxes, discounts, surcharges, and fees). Passengers must fly in order to earn Bonus Points. To qualify, flights taken must be both marketed and operated by American Airlines, American Eagle, or AmericanConnection (codeshare flights do not apply) and for which American appears as the merchant of record. Clients are eligible to earn Bonus Points for the first $1,000,000 of American spend that is flown in a calendar year and purchased using the Card. Business ExtrAA Base Points may vary by itinerary s point of origin. Accounts with an American negotiated discount will not earn Business ExtrAA Base Points but will earn Bonus Points. American may amend, alter, or terminate the Business ExtrAA Program in its sole discretion without notice. Offers from companies participating in the Business ExtrAA Program are subject to each company s terms and conditions and American is not liable for the goods or services of such companies. The Business ExtrAA Program discounts are not combinable with any other offer, promotion, or discount except as described herein. * Free Award Travel: Passenger may be responsible for applicable fees and taxes from $46 $60 per trip for domestic free award travel and from $70 $175 per trip for international free award travel. 4 Savings at Work program from American Express: To qualify, a company must be a mid-size client of American Express in good standing. The Savings at Work discounts are not combinable with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
