10 Programme Targets Reengineer Security and Border Control processes by 2013 (with an outlook to 2020) in order to ensure that: 1. Staffing does not impede growth 2. Waiting times especially transfer processes are improved in comparison with Quality perception is improved in comparison with The Security Service Charge does not exceed the 2007 rate Preconditions 1.
