22 Conclusions & outlook o Success of AT~SEA project lies in the multidisciplinary approach project: chemists, materials scientists, textile engineers, biologists, marine engineers, etc. product*: much more than just a piece of textile => system o AT~SEA project will be converted into AT~SEA Technologies start-up company in which 8 out of 11 partners will participate commercialization of turnkey seaweed farms => system * Patented award winning technology: o PCT patent application o Essenscia Innovation Award 2013 o TechTextil Innovation Award 2015 o Nomination for Scottish Aquaculture Award 2015 (final selection in June)
