3 BRIEF HISTORY Hitit University School of Health was started to education depending on Gazi University in 17 as named Çorum School of Health. In 2006, it s name was changed as Hitit University School of Health according to desicions of Ministries Committee and Higher Education Council. Learning duration is 4 year and 532 nurses were given to health services since it s establisment. In nursing department there are 5 Assistant Professor, 4 Lecturar and 2 Assistant. Hitit University School of Health is a four-storey building with 7 classrooms, 1 practice lab, one computer lab, one has conference saloon and a canteen. Mission Encourage our graduates to contribute to academic areas, including getting involved in multidisciplinary healthcare collaborations, and thus promoting the development and evolution of basic nursing education and services. Vision Prepare professional nurses excelled in both practice and research using state-of-the-art methods in science and technology. Practitioners are prepared to be leading educators, researchers, administrators, counselors, and caregivers and to assume various roles to protect, develop, and foster the health of individuals, families, and communities.
