1 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG CALL TO ORDER VISITOR REMARKS CONCERNING AGENDA A motion as made by Mr. Miller and seconded by Mr. Smith, all voted aye to approve the Minutes of June 7, award the bid for paving at the Courthouse to Nelson & Streeter with the low bid of $20, renew an agreement with Robert Fleury of Troy to provide professional legal services for public defender conflict cases, both criminal and delinquency and North Penn Legal Services conflict cases for indigent parents in dependency cases, effective June 15, 2012, through June 14, 2013, at a fee of $50.00 per hour up to $25,000 per year. approve Resolution approving the submission of the Northern Tier Municipal Solid Waste Management Plan to the Department of Environmental Protection as per Title 25 of the Pennsylvania Code. approve Resolution for the Signature Authority with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for a Supplemental Reimbursement Agreement for Bridge No. 16, and authorize Chairman to sign. accept a proposal from AJH Design from Elmira Heights, NY to provide design services for the Well House at the Mt. Fee as per attached rate schedule. 6 ELECTION BOARD Pursuant Act 24 of 2001 the Canton Area School District directs the Bradford County Board of Elections to place the following referendum question on the November 6, 2012 ballot used for voters within the Canton Area School District: Do you favor eliminating the occupation tax by increasing the rate of the Canton Area School District earned income tax from.50% to a new School District maximum tax rate of.55% and a maximum new tax rate together with the municipalities of 1.05% effective July 1, 2013?
