1 Vehicle Engineering - Technical Specialist - Aerodynamics Test and Development - Outline of Role In an increasingly CO2 sensitive world, we are striving to reduce the aerodynamic drag of all our vehicles. However, our customers expect more: stunning design blended with all-weather performance, stability, and refinement. While computer-based simulation drives our early design process, wind tunnel testing complements this with added capabilities and the opportunity to fine-tune our designs. In this role the expectation is to develop, define and implement the wind tunnel based element of JLRs development process. Provide technical leadership of the experienced test and development team, coaching and support across the aerodynamics team. A team-player, you will work with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure that our technical processes are world-class. As experimentalist expert a key element of this role will be to help us develop and validate computational aerodynamics methods. We are building a world-class team, so you ll need to bring impressive credentials to the role. Qualified to at least degree level, you have a proven track record in automotive aerodynamics test and development. You are an expert in wind-tunnel methods, with an emphasis on full scale, moving-ground testing. At the forefront of aerodynamics technology, you have an appreciation for what computational fluid dynamics brings to the development process. Along the way, you ve provided technical leadership to engineering programmes and processes. What s more, you have influenced or created significant and original, innovative technical developments - and personally presented your technical accomplishments. - Main Responsibilities Lead the development of aerodynamic physical test and development strategy, engaging design, CoCs, programme teams Support Aerodynamic Attribute Technical team and PATs in implementing new methods and technologies, driving continuous product and process / method improvement. Be a technical mentor in the area of aerodynamics. Propose, develop and validate methods to enable the cascade of vehicle level targets to component specifications. Define and maintain design rules and test standards for aerodynamic physical test. Address and lead the resolution of key technical issues in their area of aerodynamics.

2 Provide technical support and expertise outside the home organization, including full service suppliers, in the area of aerodynamic development. Represent the company at internal and external technical events. Publish technical articles at international conferences/journals. Own and develop aerodynamics physical facility, property specifications and instrumentation requirements. 3 Vehicle Engineering - All Weather Comfort & Vision PAT Leader - Outline of Role As an All Weather Comfort and Vision Attribute Leader you ll be leading the attribute on several JLR programmes from pre-programme start to production being the central point of focus for the attribute on those programmes. Interacting with the major areas of the business From Design, Vehicle Engineering, Body Engineering and Electrical Engineering will give the opportunity for the chosen candidate to demonstrate their ability to communicate and resolve issues. The chosen candidate needs to be someone with an Engineering mind and technical skill set but can also someone who can project manage, work to time and process. Taking the specific vehicle AWCV attribute requirements back to the AWCV technical team will allow the department to set the future Test and Development, CAE work and also plan for facilities both in JLR, UK and in Europe. - Main Responsibilities Reporting to the All Weather Comfort and Vision Manager, the successful candidate will be required to support Jaguar or Land Rover vehicle programmes. Responsibilities will include: AWCV PAT Leader & Single point of contact for the attribute on specific vehicle programmes Identify AWCV related programme issues and championing the development of optimal solutions Plan and support test and development activities including aerodynamic wind tunnel, climatic wind tunnel and on-road testing. Planning and co-ordinating AWCV CFD analyses Presenting AWCV attribute status to programme teams, Technical Issues reviews and programme gateways Produce and input initial Design Verification Plan (DVP) into RMDV and communicate to Vehicle Office Ensure the Vehicle Development Plan makes use of best practices and maximises use of cost effective tools and techniques such as CAE Working with system and component areas to define and maintain cascaded target requirements in support of overall vehicle level targets

5 Quality - Quality Management System Auditor - Outline of Role The role is to lead auditing of the JLR Quality Management System (QMS), also supporting continued maintenance and improvement of the QMS for external certifications. Reporting to the JLR Process Quality Manager within Corporate Quality Operations - Main Responsibilities Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the QMS and TS across all JLR functions. Coach, and train as required, in the QMS and TS requirements across all JLR sites. Lead/Conduct audits of the QMS and TS at local and Company levels. Identify non-conformities, opportunities for improvement and good practice. Report audit results at all company levels. Support timely and robust closure of concerns with a focus on root causes and prevent recurrence actions. Maintain audit schedules, records and related documentation / procedures. Support Management review of the QMS and improvement actions Candidates must have: Knowledge of ISO 9000 and TS plus core tools (APQP, MSA, PPAP, FMEA, SPC) and problem solving tools/techniques. 6 Quality - Government Regulations Engineer - Outline of Role The Government Regulations Engineer (GRE) will be based at Solihull, with interface with other manufacturing sites supporting the Plant GRC s & CoP teams acting as mediator ensuring the Government Regulation & Conformity of Production processes satisfy and are compliant to market legislative in a uniform manner. The GRE will also support Plants, in conjunction with Product Assurance, to providing evidence of audit activities (reports / data) that satisfies request of appropriate authorities or company representatives which confirms the Plants manufacturing and Quality Operating Systems compliance status Main Responsibilities Preparation & timely issue GRC reports appropriate for presentation to external authorities. Maintain various periodic reports using software such as, Share Point, access database, word, excel & power point. Support and contribute to the Plant Policy Deployment Process. Assure Plant adheres to Government Regulations, related company policies and procedures and plant QOS system. Oversee the auditing of implementation legislative / compliance related processes, inspection and procedures. Properly interpret and support the implement all new and revised Government Regulations as they introduced to assure compliance (seek ASO/OGC assistance as required). Assure Government Regulations, Safety, and inspection audits and critical function system reviews are included, conducted and reported via Campaign Prevent ion process. Assure on-going GRC process audits are conducted for QOS compliance. Participate in launch readiness meeting with new model programs and assist in subsystem sign off. (Pre-Launch Control plans, Campaign Prevention, Fresh Eye concern resolution, build/ship verification) Monitor Plant Stop Ship, Gate Hold & Stop Build process to assure compliance. Any other duties deemed necessary and reasonable to support the business.

8 Quality - Customer Quality Operating System Process Improvement Engineer - Outline of Role Quality Assurance liaises with the JLR Executive Committee to agree world class quality targets for our vehicles which span customer opinion, faults and warranty cost using internal and external measures across our worldwide markets. The targets are broken down by vehicle line and process owner such that they are sensible, challenging and progressive. Quality Assurance gains alignment and works closely with the functional design groups, engineering plant teams, service, manufacturing and supplier technical assistance to drive best practice problem solving optimised for both robustness and speed of delivery. Best practice must be identified and shared between vehicle teams to keep all working at optimum level with the right tools, processes and resources. Teams are regularly required to report their progress to senior directors where Quality Assurance will produce the results against target and work with the teams to ensure that presentations are standardised for ease of review and to ensure the most important issues are highlighted with requirements that are insoluble at lower level. Quality Assurance will lead resolution of cross functional quality issues where there is no obvious lead. This ceases when the project is fully in progress and leadership can correctly pass to a more appropriate area. Quality Assurance also maintains a watch on quality performance by new measures and extensions of existing measures to ensure that the targets set are sufficient to deliver the objective world class quality. This role is to work as part of a team that optimises the Customer Quality Operating System process and standardises it in such a way that robust performance in maximised and can be deployed globally. - Main Responsibilities Support the development and implementation of key Customer Quality metrics for the Customer Quality Operating System (CQoS). Work with PVT, CoC, STA, PQ and Service to ensure Customer Quality metrics and an improved BSAQ prioritisation methodology delivers alignment of resource and priority across the business.

9 Engage with resources that utilise the CQoS to map the current process and identify improvement & development opportunities. Engage with PVT, CoC, STA, PQ and Service to implement a best practice Customer Quality Operating system that can deliver fast and effective improvement in vehicle quality and customer experience. Document the new system, processes, procedures and management review meetings that detail the operation of CQoS. Ensure that the new CQoS is trained out across PVT, CoC, STA, PQ and Service such that the system is effectively operated. Lead CQoS process audits to identify requirements for corrective action and areas for improvement action in the operation of CQoS and its associated outputs. Review and analyse the Customer Quality Metrics to identify continuous improvement opportunities in the design and operation of CQoS. Identify Best Practice that exists outside of JLR and benchmark the performance of CQoS against this Best Practice. Lead the implementation of CQoS in line with Global Business Expansion strategy. Support development of Quality Operating System processes and implement standardised in-process metrics that drive performance enabling faster quality improvement

This role requires a dynamic and competent engineer, self-motivated and resilient with an eye for both the bigger picture and the detail. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead the development and delivery of an aligned cross-functional process to drive High Time in Service warranty issue identification, resolution, cost optimization and prevention. 13 Powertrain Engineering - Lead Analyser Support Engineer - Outline of Role The Emission Test Delivery team is part of Powertrain Test operations and Product Development. The team maintains productive workflow from the emission test facility and delivers test capability to the Powertrain Engineering and Certification teams. The delivery of testing using complex emission measurement instruments is required to drive the design and optimization of control technology in order to meet required vehicle targets. The team supports delivery from facilities at Whitley, Gaydon and Solihull. Our function is to support the customer teams from Powertrain and PD in their objective of achieving timely, quality product release. The Lead Analyser Support Engineer operates across the facility managing workflow, leading and guiding the team; they retain responsibility for conducting some of the practical/technical activities. Their goal is to ensure that we provide the capability to satisfy customer requests. They are responsible for ensuring that productive capability is maintained whilst providing and maintaining common processes. They seek to improve operations by appropriately challenging redundant practices and using a flexible approach. The person filling this role will work day shift and will be providing support for the facility that runs 24/7; they will lead and manage a small team who are responsible for supporting delivery from Engine and Emission test facilities at Whitley, Gaydon and Solihull. Strong leadership in technical areas, critical and analytical reasoning along with robust management are needed to make best use of the specialised practical and technical skills in the team. You will be working with a wide range of engineering customers, skilled test facility operators, suppliers, external agencies and organisations. You will have responsibility for providing data and analysis to give assurance that our facility and output meet the requirements of established international standards for laboratory accreditation. The main focus is on maintaining productive capability, assurance of data quality and maintenance of our process documents. To enable you to achieve your professional goals you will be supported in your on-going development.

17 Electrical Engineering - Senior Manager Electrical Platforms Leader - Outline of Role Electrical Platform team is part of the Product Creation and Delivery Organisation and is focused on delivering electrical systems that meet all the attributes (quality, cost, weight, functionality, timing) into the vehicle programs. The area is structured around: Electrical Program Leaders responsible for the day-to- day delivery of the electrical system into each carline Electrical Distribution Systems Manager responsible for delivering the EDS solutions into each carline Integration Managers responsible for the integration activities on each individual carline projects. The overall size of the team and number of Managers is dependent on the platform and cycle plan content but the team will be in the region of 50 people - Main Responsibilities Will be required to work effectively across EESE and the platform team (Vehicle Line Director, platform VEM and architecture director), with particular emphasis on effective working partnerships. The role will manage the setting of SMART objectives for the complete team of engineers and managers agreeing the content, measurement and evaluation of delivery objectives twice yearly. 18 Electrical Engineering - Senior Manager Electrical Core Integration - Outline of Role Electrical Integration is critical to the delivery of the electrical system for any vehicle. The department is structured around: Core integration teams responsible for the robust ESO of previously defined program Integration Points. These IPs may be for NMP, Service or vehicle builds. The teams are also responsible for supporting all pre-production builds at the plant. This team will be cross functional working on all JLR vehicle lines.
