2 Dual Credit The Richland College Dual Credit/Concurrent Enrollment Program provides an amazing opportunity for bright, capable and motivated high school students to receive college credit while still in high school. Qualifying students may also enroll in college freshman-level courses that will apply toward an associate degree and/or university transfer, saving time and money for students and parents RCHS is a rigorous, two-year, college-level academic experience for high school juniors and seniors. 4 Rising Star The Rising Star Program provides funding up to $4,000 to cover direct costs of a two-year college education, including tuition and books for recent qualifying graduates of designated Dallas County high schools to enroll in and complete a college degree Working Wonders Are you a single parent or displaced homemaker? The Working Wonders program prepares and supports single parents and single pregnant women in meeting the challenges of entering the workforce. Students must be enrolled in a career/technical degree or certificate program offered at Richland College Gender Equity The Gender Equity program is designed to assist students who are seeking degrees in a non-traditional career field

To explore career programs for immediate employment, visit Richland College offers an array of courses in Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM). In addition to personalized advising in specific STEM areas, students have the opportunity to receive scholarships through the Dallas County Community College District Foundation and the STEM Institute STATWAY Richland College offers a combined "two-semester" developmental mathematics and statistics course sequence. El Paso Hall, Lakeside Resource Center, E Distance Learning Richland College offers an array of online course environments to meet your needs. Classes are offered 100% online, partially online with on-campus orientation and tests, online/campus courses are 50% online and 50% classroom activity-based, or students can take video-based courses. Distance Learning (DL) also offers dependable access to computers with up-to-date technology, reliable internet, basic computer skills, training and tech support.
