2 Context The annual AIM Conference brings together researchers, lecturers, practitioners and business professionals who operate in the field of Information Technology Management. It is also open to all contributors who have in interest in IS-related transversal issues, notably those who operate in the fields of management sciences (marketing, strategy, management control, etc.) or other scientific communities (IT, sociology, economics, law, etc.). The AIM Conference is an event conducive to sharing knowledge and exchanging experiences in a convivial atmosphere. Corporate cultures, national cultures, professionals, philosophical, family, music, gender identity-based cultures... and nowadays a emerging digital cultures. These subcultures are all directories in which we draw answers to react, to build our identity, to work, to live. Private / professional boundaries become blurred and we update our work on THE new digital cultures, because they are changing today our "directories" : Digital Cultures and / or digital divides : Generation Y? Men and women? Managers and employees? North and South? Info-rich and info-poor? SMEs and large companies? Digital maturity? Cultures of liberty and / or control : Digital Mobility or location? Digital Mobility and organizational innovation? Digital traces and e-reputation? Search engines and marketing? Client or customer relationship revolution? Personal data and the right to oblivion? Sharing and security? Commons and culture Libre? Open data? Big data? Cultures contribution and / or digital leadership: Power to influence, gift/against-gift, digital identities, co-creation of value, value networks, open innovation, weak signals, hybrid organizational forms, dehierarchization? Cultures of collective intelligence and / or primacy of immediate: Sharing knowledge and perpetual distraction? Further attention or hyper-attention? Internet makes it stupid? Knowledge or hypo-knowledge? Crowd-solving or stupidity of crowds? MOOC online training available to all? Cultures access to information and / or "information overload" Are we stuffed information? Information overload and addiction? Big data or Smart data? Tension or stress? Reports at the time and spent? Augmented reality? All approaches are welcome (conceptual, empirical, quantitative, qualitative), the conference is open around these topics for researchers wishing to exchange three levels of analysis : Groups and individuals level : uses, profiles, motivations, ethics, national cultures or philosophical, generations, genders, identities, piracy, privacy, stress, video games, social networks, personal responsibility... Organizational and strategic levels : communities, hybrid collective, managerial innovation, organizational cultures, decision-making, Open source, accessibility, mobility, safety, agility, IT governance, talent management, employer branding, corporate social responsibility... Social level : Open Data, Big data, Internet of things, e-learning, e-government, e-health, Internet governance, social equity, empowerment, environmental sustainability, social responsibility... The conference is open to all relevant communication on new trends in Information Technology Management : E-Business, CRM, ERP, Business Intelligence, Urbanization, Cloud Computing....
3 Paper Submission Proposals may be submitted in either English or French and in accordance with the format specified in the AIM 2015 Website. Selected papers will be proposed for publication in the journal SIM. Three types of proposals are accepted Completed Research papers: these must present significant research works or reports on progress achieved by on-going works. The accepted papers will be presented/discussed as part of parallel sessions. They must not exceed words, all included. Research In progress : report on progress achieved by research projects which have yet to be completed but are deemed original and promising. They must not exceed words, all included. Teaching cases or experiences : must be based on original research and documented by teaching notes intended for lecturers. They should not total more than words, all documents included. AIM 2015 Awards AIM-CIGREF Award CIGREF-AIM award since 2003, the best paper published in the scientific journal SIM. This award is an opportunity to bring the world of professional academic world. By partnering with AIM for that price, CIGREF mark its support and commitment to research in IS. AIM-SPHINX The selection criteria are obviously relevant results but including original methods used in the empirical study (combination of approaches Qualitative / Quantitative, innovative protocols for data collection, experimentation, lexical and semantic analysis... ). The use of software Sphinx is not a selection criterion for this award. The winner will receive a prize of 500 and a training equipment and Sphinx software. Articles will be selected by a jury composed of members of AIM and the top five will be offered a Sphinx committee to approve the best article. The prize will be awarded jointly by a member of AIM and a member of Sphinx. AIM-FNEGE Robert REIX 2014 Award AIM FNEGE Robert REIX recognize and reward distinguished PhD thesis, oriented IS. Eligible thesis must have been defended between January and December To be considered, a thesis must contain original work that makes an unusually significant contribution to the discipline. AIM-CCMP Award The award AIM-CCMP reward the best case study in IS, published via the CCMP during the year. AIM 2015 Award for the Best Paper The AIM 2015 Award for the best paper at the AIM conference will be presented by the presidents of the scientific committee after proposals proofreaders, and selected papers will be proposed for publication in the SIM journal. CIEMS Best paper Award CIEMS will award the best paper presented at the AIM 2015 Conference. Selected paper will be proposed for publication in a special issue of the Journal of Intelligence Studies in Business (JISIB), which is indexed by SCOPUS, EBSCO, and DOAJ.
