16 Commercials Agree customer business objectives and initial ad budgets Dignius fees consist of: - Set up - Monthly subscription - Performance fees based on agreed customer business objectives (leads/sales)

17 Examples of performance fees 1. Tracked leads i.e. national recruitment company seeking more candidates with an ad budget of 5,000 per month. Company agrees to pay a performance fee of 15 per tracked lead (see submission). Diginius manages ad budget as efficiently as possible to maximise leads and works with client and customer to optimise page conversion. 2. Tracked sales i.e. a global software company with a developmental ad budget of 15,000 per month and unlimited ad budget with acquisition costs of 50% of revenue, agrees a performance fee with Diginius of 7.5% of tracked sales. Diginius manages ad budget as efficiently as possible to test sales in different markets and scale/maximise sales in profitable markets.
