Disseminate ISTE NETS S, NETS T, NETS A at training and via links on the program's Instructional Technology website Increased number of district personnel who train classroom teachers to integrate technology across content areas through the Easy Tech Web Application. EasyTech (Vendor) technology and content mapping documents and training materials Site Visits/Observations Teacher and IT Personnel Surveys Teacher Lesson Plans 1.2 Develop, contribute and publish an online biannual newsletter on technology integration related activities, resources and services Collaborate with State Curriculum & Instruction (C&I) Division and District Liaisons on publication topics Increased teacher awareness of local technology integration activities, support services and resources. 2 accessing, cataloging, publishing, communicating, and sharing video and other resources as needed to support technology integration in classrooms and school Personnel to schedule Provide instructions, training and communication to designated district and school administrators and teachers as needed. support increased technology integration by classroom teachers and students Evaluations Monthly Reports of Service Tickets Web Counter that records number of videos being accessed and uploaded Monthly Reports of Service Tickets 1.4 Provide Helpdesk, service center and onsite support as needed to districts and schools to access and use technology services as well as provide resources and ongoing professional development to teachers for technology integration Facilitate on going face to face, distant and virtual (webinar etc) professional development and collaboration with District Technology integration Leaders and administrators to: Access and use technology resources, services, and tools Support teaching and learning Increased awareness, access and use of Technology Integration tools by district and school staff to promote student centered 21st century skills Communication Logs Monthly reports of service tickets opened and successfully closed for Technology Integration solutions On Site Observation & Interviews District and School Staff Surveys Monthly School Reports 1.5 Collaborate with school, district and state Stakeholders to map technology standards to the science content standards Facilitate a Standards Mapping Workshop with the District Develop resource and guide materials for Science Teachers to integrate technology by topic and grade level Mapping standards for Science Content 2

Increased teacher use of Edline Website Edline Training Session Evaluation MOU Parent Surveys Website Log in Information 2.2 Provide assistance to districts by supporting 30 teachers and their students in developing Edline teacher and student websites to communicate, share and publish teaching and learning resources and activities and school Personnel to schedule Collaborate with the District to assist in training and Published 30 school websites with teacher and student webpages containing local teacher and student resources and publications Teacher and Student Websites Edline Training Session Evaluation Teacher and Student Websites 4
5 supporting 30 teachers and their students in using Edline to communicate, share and publish school, instructional, parent and student information 2.3 Promote and communicate Edline and Homework Hotline program information and benefits to the districts, teachers, students, parents and the community via television, radio and newspaper advertisements Collaborate with stakeholders to access and plan the Edline and Homework Hotline advertisements. Increased Awareness to the District, Parents, Teachers and School about the availability of Edline & Homework Hotline Media Publication about Edline & Homework Hotline communication Teacher, District and Parent Surveys Monthly School Reports Request quotes, select vendor, and purchase professional services for Media Advertisement (TV, Radio, Print Newspaper and Online) Distribution List Presentation at various Meetings throughout the two districts 2.4 Support the districts in piloting Homework Hotline in four (4) schools to include training and technical support needed to install, use and support the homework hotline program Get memorandum of understanding between State, Increased communication via Homework Hotline to parents about student homework assignments in the four (4) pilot schools Homework Hotline Messages by Teachers Accounting reports show message use Parent Surveys 5
