1 PICQA seminar PICQA Tempus project "Promoting Internationalization and Comparability of Quality Assurance in Higher Education" February, 11 and 12, 2013, CIEP, Sèvres Coordinators :, Lisa Bydanova, Michèle Rossato Target group 18 participants from n and n universities Context The training is organized in the form of a seminar that will allow participants to contribute actively. The participants are expected to provide questionnaires they have already designed. The seminar will be held at CIEP two days, February 11 and 12, The arrival of the participants may be Saturday, February 9. The seminar will end on February 12, at the end of the day. The overall objective of the seminar is to contribute to the training of accreditation agencies and universities in and. The specific topics that will be dealt with are: - The importance for a national quality assurance system to develop of a high level of communication between all stakeholders; - The relationships between QA agencies and stakeholders; - The implementation of surveys to collect information which may assist in improving the implementation of internal and external QA. Participants will develop their skills in the following areas: - The establishment of good relationships between all stakeholders involved in evaluation procedures; - The design of questionnaires; - The implementation of surveys; - The analysis of data.
