4 George Bruder Professional Background 2007 to Present: Owner and Investigator I currently manage a private investigative agency focused on criminal defense investigations. The position involves developing criminal defense strategies with defense attorneys and investigation of criminal case for defense purposes. The work includes relationship management with defense attorneys, government agencies including law enforcement agencies, state attorney offices, probation offices, judicial personnel and other government agencies. The defense investigation includes witness location, obtaining witness statements, subpoena services, the examination of evidence, crime scene inspection, review of documents such as police reports, search warrants, arrest affidavits, and other documentation that are involved in a criminal prosecution.
