2 The Eastern Regional FAMILY RESOURCE NETWORK This edition of the Pendleton Community Resource Listing is the result of an extensive effort by the Eastern Regional Family Resource Network, the Pendleton County Family Issues Task Force, Eastern WV Community Action Agency and a number of participating human service agencies to help families, consumers, and service providers locate resources available to residents of Pendleton County. The Eastern Regional Family Resource Network is part of a statewide effort begun in the Governor s Cabinet on Children and Families to help build the capacity of local communities to get things done.
