This appointment replaces Kelly Triolo, who did not wish to be reappointed. The Health Facilities Authority is a conduit financing authority that issues revenue bonds for non-profit health care facilities, including hospitals, assisted living facilities, nursing homes and hospice facilities. Meetings of the authority are held as needed to consider applications for financing approval. All applicants are registered to vote in Pinellas County. Please circle one name on the ballot. 5 Dear Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners: Thank you for seeking applicants for a board position on the Health Facilities Authority. Attached is a resume geared to my experiences in or with the public sector. I am a registered voter. My permanent legal residence is in East Lake Woodlands in an unincorporated part of Pinellas County. Representing lenders, developers and public sector clients over the years, I've closed many transactions involving public authorities acting in a conduit financing or other capacity. I've served as a board member on or counsel for public authorities. The American College of Real Estate Lawyers elected me to membership. I'm an Associate Member of the Clearwater Bar Association. I authored a chapter in a Matthew Bender book on Long-Term Care and Retirement Facilities. I served on the Bio-Ethics Committee of a hospital and gained some knowledge about hospital operations. Dickinson College awarded an A.B. in Economics and the University of Michigan a Juris Doctor.
