7 TMC-U Program A health-professions educational program, offering access to academic programs to prepare employees to enter nursing programs & allied health programs. Through the program, TMC HealthCare pays for the cost of tuition and books for eligible employees who commit to work for the organization for a specific period of time after successfully completing all education requirements.
