It is the managing body for the Public Administration Energy saving program, where it has created from scratch the energy performance contracting legislation in Portugal. It is technical advisor for the European Union and has now projects in three continents. The latest objective is creating the interconnection of all this tools in city analysis and it is partnering with MIT Portugal for a large test bed in Lisbon, studying urban sustainable design.
