With multiple data entries occurring, maintaining QA/QC system integrity is very difficult. Bottom Line: System is not efficient.

6 The Objective: To develop a web based database that incorporates the following: 1. Mainframe portal for department communication 2. GIS Dashboard for all data entries (different dashboard for each element) 3. Tracking of Enforcement actions and Regulatory Items. 4. Reports and letters automated generation process. 5. QA/QC measures 6. Track performance measures 7. Creating maps and use of GIS functions 8. Database specifically designed to track the requirements of the NPDES permit
