1 Dear TRPS Festival of Rock Posters Exhibitor, The Rock Poster Society is pleased to accept your application for exhibitor space at the upcoming TRPS Festival of Rock Posters being held October 19th, 2013 at the Hall of Flowers, Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. PLEASE TAKE NOTE! We require you to use table cloths and an attractive display for your table space. Please make a sign with your name and/or business to display on or behind your area. An artist/dealer map inside the program will be provided to the public when they enter. 2 Information for Exhibitors Setup Time - Setup will be Sat. October 19th, 8am -10am. Loading and unloading by Exhibitors As you can see from the floor plan, the Hall of Flowers is a very long exhibit hall (approx. 175 ) which has only one drive-up entry located at the south end of the hall. All materials must enter and exit through this entrance. The adjacent drive outside this door is only to be used for loading and unloading supplies and merchandise. No extended parking is permitted. Exhibitors will be asked to quickly unload their supplies and then park their vehicles elsewhere. Heavy congestion is anticipated at this entrance especially during the short setup period prior to the show. We ask that each exhibitor be fully prepared to move their supplies quickly and efficiently. Some hand-trucks and dollies will be available but are very limited and will obviously be in great demand. We highly recommend that exhibitors plan ahead during these hours of setup. Keeping the traffic moving is imperative and TRPS staff will be on hand to facilitate a smooth flow. Setup will begin at 8 am sharp and we need to have all exhibitors unloaded prior to the doors opening at 10 am. Time will be tight, so please be prepared to setup quickly. TRPS staff will assist when available. Likewise, for the attendees and exhibitors safety, we will not allow early departure from your exhibition space. The event closes at 6pm, October 19 th. Parking Parking is limited to the surrounding streets within the park and adjacent neighborhoods. No parking will be allowed outside the rollup door entrance, which is a tow away zone. Tables and Displays All vendor spaces now come with display grids provided. You will have four grids (2' by 8' tall each), for a total of 8'. We do have a very limited amount of extra display grids available for $10 ea. on a first come first serve basis, available the morning of the show only. Posters are best attached to the grids with binder clips. We ask you bring a good supply of your own, as none will be provided. The bigger ones work best. Tables will not come with coverings. You must have a tablecloth or table display of some kind to dress up the show. No bare tables and unkempt areas allowed. Please help our show have the best looking displays. We need your help and forethought to have the best possible festival. Personal Liability Though TRPS staff will do its best to accommodate exhibitors as situations arise, this event does not furnish formal security staff. It is the personal responsibility of exhibitors to monitor and secure their assigned space. TRPS shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or theft, which may occur during this event.

THE BEANERY TH AVENUE (nr. southwest corner at Irving) opens 6:00 AM on Saturdays, also at 602 IRVING (northeast corner at 7th Avenue) Best coffees in the neighborhood; beans roasted at 9th Avenue cafe. Good bagels and pastries. ARIZIMENDI BAKERY, a worker collective TH AVENUE Voted Best Bakery in SF two years in a row. Opens 8:00 AM on Saturdays. Great breads, rolls, scones, cheese breads, daily pizza, baguettes, cheese, and coffee. BEST BREAKFAST PLACES HOWARD S TH AVENUE (next to The BEANERY southwest corner at Irving) opens at 8:00 AM on Saturdays. very reasonable; great breakfasts; not great coffee but allows patrons to get coffee next door at The BEANERY and bring it in. JAMBA JUICE TH AVENUE opens at 7:00 AM on Saturdays. juices & smoothes. CREPEVINE 624 IRVING ST.(between 7th & 8th Avenues) opens 7:30 AM on Saturdays. reasonable; good food for b¹fast and lunch; wide variety of crepes, scrambles, omelettes, specialties, pancakes, French toast, etc.; also sandwiches, and salads and pasta. ART S CAFE 747 IRVING ST. (between 8th & 9th Avenues)

Do It Yourself Burger th AVENUE USDA choice chuck ground daily; great burgers & condiments; very reasonable. Also hot dogs, hot links, garden, turkey, salmon and chicken burgers, fried chicken, buffalo wings, salads, and sandwiches, and milkshakes. GORDO TAQUERIA TH AVENUE Good tagueria; reasonable, fast service. Burritos, tacos, quesadillas, & plates. MASALA INDIAN CUISINE TH AVENUE Superb Indian food. Nice place for dinner. Reasonable to moderate. Sat. nights, not nec. but good idea to make a res. PARK CHOW TH AVENUE A can¹t go wrong restaurant. Very very well prepared food off a wide ranging contemporary and dialed-in menu. Use high quality ingredients, organic beef. Good service. Wind & beer bar. Large place, with upstairs, but almost always packed in the evening. Wait is usually short unless your crowd is large. High energy. Reasonable-Moderate. HOTEI TH AVENUE Japanese noodle restaurant. Large menu of hot noodle dishes. Reasonable. EBISU TH AVENUE Good Japanese restaurant and Sushi bar. Always crowded in the evening. PASTA POMODORO

5 816-9TH AVENUE Much improved over the last few years. Good salads and pastas. Heavy on the garlic in some. Reasonablemoderate. PLUTO S 627 IRVING Large salads, choice meats roasted daily, veggies & spuds. You walk and choose the items you want in your salad at a food station; same with the meats, & potatoes and veggies. Reasonable. Cafeteria style, seat yourself. YUMMA S 721 IRVING Middle Eastern restaurant. Tasty and very reasonable. No beer or wine. Open 11 am - 10 pm, Saturdays. NAAN N CURRY 642 IRVING East Indian fast food. Tasty, high energy loud ambiance, very reasonable. Fun atmosphere. No beer or wine. Can bring it in. Open 11 am - Midnight, Saturdays. SUKHOTHAI TH AVENUE Very good Thai cuisine. Pleasant quiet atmosphere. Reasonable. Open 11 am - 10:30 pm Saturdays. SOCIAL TH AVENUE Restaurant, full bar and brew pub. Active up energy place with nice bar. Mexican and Southwestern dishes, grilled meats and catch of the day, paella. Food is good; service is usually slow. Prices are moderate. Open Saturdays. Bar stays open past 11 pm depending on number of people still there. Often live music on Saturdays. MILANO PIZZERIA & ITALIAN RESTAURANT TH AVENUE Good pizza, traditional pasta and Italian meat dishes. Ordinary atmosphere. Reasonable to moderate. Open Noon to 1 am. NAN KING ROAD BISTRO TH AVENUE Contemporary hip concrete and galvanized Chinese restaurant. Good Chinese food and noodle dishes. Reasonable. Open 11 am - 10 pm daily.
