1 VIDEO CONFERENCE WORKSHOP Logistics Where: Ben Parker Student Center, Ballroom B th Street, Golden, CO When: Tuesday, March 2nd, :00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Directions: Approaching Golden from the north or south you will end up on US Hwy 6.There is a light at the intersection of Hwy 6 and 19th street. Turn east (down the hill) toward campus. The first left will place you on Elm Street, the second left (at the light) will place you on Illinois St. The main entrance to the Student Center is at the corner of 16th and Maple, look for the statue of the Native America. The ballrooms are on the 2nd floor. Parking: Included in this packet is a parking map and a parking permit. You must print and display this permit while on campus. Please remember to add you license plate number. You may park in any of the lots labeled student/visitor, marked on the map with a pattern of blue lines. Lots D and B will be closest to the event however those lots do fill up in the morning. The lots along 18th street, labeled CTLM, I and J are last to fill. It is only a 2 block walk from these lots to the student center. The Student Center where we will be meeting is marked as building number 55 on this map. Food, Snacks and Beverages: In order to contain costs and while making this a free event for everyone the CHECO board has elected not to provide snacks or beverages. There are a number of locations in the Student Center where you can purchase coffee, sodas, snacks or a full breakfast or lunch. Those looking for coffee will find a coffee cart immediately across from the main entrance. Questions or Problems: Golden is small enough that finding the Student Center should not be a problem. While Mineʼs has the same parking issues as every other college or university Tuesday is traditionally lab day and parking before 8:00 is seldom a problem. However if there are any questions or problems on Tuesday please call Philʼs office number (303) , which will forward to my cell. Alternatively you may call CCITʼs front desk at ! Updated 15-Feb-10

This permit is REQUIRED and must be displayed at all times while parked within CSM campus boundaries. 3. THIS PERMIT IS VALID IN VISITOR LOTS OR ON CAMPUS STREETS ONLY, and is not valid in any reserve lots or restricted spaces unless specifically noted on this permit. 4. You are responsible for observing CSM Parking policies. Copies of the Parking Policy are available from the Department of Public Safety or from the organization issuing this permit. 5. Should you receive a Parking Citation, you are required to make payment or report to the DPS office within 15 days from date of the violation, per instructions on the citation.
