David Matheson, Ph.D. Co-Founder, President and CEO SmartOrg, Inc. Scott Mathews Technical Engineer The Boeing Company Scott Mathews is a Boeing Associate Technical Fellow and technical lead for the Business Engineering team within the Boeing research and development division. At Boeing he provides technical consulting to a group of mathematical engineers responsible for developing investment and risk models for new products and strategically significant projects. He has expertise in complex financial and investment decision modeling that features real option valuation. Scott has a number of patents and patents pending in the field. For the past 15 years he has been engaged in stochastic modeling, capital markets investment and financial analysis, and international strategic analysis. Previously, Scott was engaged in the United States, Europe, and Asia as an engineer in robotic control systems, artificial intelligence, and systems and software development. He has academic training in computer engineering, digital control systems, artificial intelligence computer science, and computational finance.

Previously Mr. McCarthy was a Vice President at PaineWebber where he was responsible for the overall strategic direction and product management of the PaineWebber EDGE and Open Financial Exchange (OFX) product lines. He also held senior positions in product management and business analysis at Fiserv, where he developed reporting and transaction cash management software solutions for corporate banking clients. Mr. McCarthy received his BS and MBA in Finance from Fordham University. Mike McGlogan, Vice President, Open Options Corporation As a Vice President at Open Options, Mike McGlogan is responsible for client business development. Prior to joining Open Options, Mike had an interesting and varied career. He served as an officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, followed by 10 years of work as a Senior Executive responsible for trading bonds and treasury bills for several international brokerage firms. At both these organizations, he was responsible for managing their Canadian sales operations, selling Enterprise Security Management software to large government and corporate enterprises.
