The stocks with the largest price increase potential 2 IRvalue.com s unique method of investing in stocks is the result of more than 20 of research by Ben Hellinckx and his team. Our independent analysts adjust the method at any given time to account for changing economic factors. Our experience has shown that this scientific method can be used consistently to buy low and sell high. IRvalue.com is the only resource in the world to represent in charts the way a company is expected to grow relative to its stock price. You can follow the stocks with the largest price increase potential every day. You can see by how much a stock is trading over or under its value at any point in time. What s more, you are notified when a stock is worth buying and when it should be sold. In these few pages we are unable to disclose in detail this scientifically substantiated method. However, we can give you an insight as to how the system works. For a more concise description click on info next to the publications on the Overview page in the Products menu. How can you systematically buy low and sell high? The value of a stock and the current price on the stock market Every seasoned investor knows that price fluctuates around the value of a stock. Sometimes the price of a stock is much lower than its intrinsic value and then the price might soar above its value. However, the price time and again returns to the stock s intrinsic value. The most successful investors always compare the price of stocks with their value. They buy a stock if it is trading too far under its value and they sell the stock if it is trading above its value. This is by far the best way for an investor to generate the most profit. Therefore, in order to invest with success, you need to be on top of the fluctuation of a stock s value. On IRvalue.com you can enquire as to the fundamental value of stocks, which is updated every day. So you can compare the price with the value of the stock you are considering at any time, buy if the price is trading too low and sell if the price is trading too high. The price increase potential of a stock In order to get even better results you need to know the stocks with the largest price increase potential over a 5 year period. That way you buy the stocks with the largest price increase potential and you sell when the price has climbed and the price increase potential gets too low. The price increase potential of a stock fluctuates based on what is going on in the company. Positive events increase the price increase potential and negative events reduce the price increase potential. Each event has a certain influence on the future value of a stock and therefore on its price increase potential. The price increase potential of a stock needs to therefore constantly be updated to reflect what is going on in the company. On IRvalue.com you can view the updated price increase potential of stocks at any time. The future profit potential of a company The future profit potential of a company is the intrinsic ability of the business to generate profit in the future. This is the basis of investing in stocks. Investors who know the future profit potential of a business have the greatest likelihood of making a profit on the stock market. Future profit potential is part of the Fundamental Value Indicator in the Company Reports.

Where do you find the information that tells you when to buy and sell? 3 Every day, IRvalue.com s scientifically substantiated system shows the value of a stock and its price increase potential for 5. You know when a stock is undervalued on a fundamental basis and is worth buying and when a stock is overvalued and should be sold. The results of the analyses and the application of this unique system are published on IRvalue.com in the Company Reports and the Price Increase Potential Screenings. We track thousands of companies for you every day. We select the stocks with the largest price increase potential from these companies and identify the best ones to buy at that time. Company Reports, the fundamentals of building stock market profits We make companies easier for you to examine, allowing you to invest more purposefully, with greater rewards and less risk. The Company Reports on IRvalue. com offer you the following indispensable information to help you profit on the stock market: the most important company data from the last 10 (or as available) and estimates for the next 3 charted relative to the stock s price movements the identification data, such as the company address and listing the company profile including its activities, history and/or links to relevant information and news the daily calculated under- or overvaluation on the stock market (so you know by how much a stock is trading too high or low on the market) the daily updated Fundamental Value Indicator (more details below) the Future Price Channel adjusted for new company data (more details below) Below is a summary of the key elements of the Company Reports. Take a look at some of our full reports under free samples in the Products menu on IRvalue.com. The past, present and future of a company in charts A picture is worth a thousand words. By showing the progress of a company graphically you can see at a glance what a company is worth. Our earnings per share chart shows you how earnings per share has evolved to date as well as how it is expected to progress over the next 3. The Company Reports also include charts showing revenue growth, shareholder s equity per share, dividends, profit margin, return on shareholder s equity and cash flow per share (wherever possible for the specific companies).

4 The Fundamental Value Indicator, an unparalleled source of continually updated information The Fundamental Value Indicator not only shows the past performance of a company but also its probable future growth. The Fundamental Value Indicator captures in a nutshell the following most important information that an investor will need to make a profit on the stock market: the company s key data the current value of the stock adjusted for new company information the intrinsic ability of the company to generate future profits, shown as its future profit potential the company s most important balance sheet data the under- or overvaluation of the stock on the stock market the daily updated price increase potential of the stock the price under which the stock is worth buying and above which it ought to be sold Events occur in a company s lifecycle that affect its course of business and therefore its future profit potential, the value of the stock, the price increase potential, et cetera. Therefore, each important company event is factored into the Fundamental Value Indicator. The stock market: a casino? Yes and no. Day traders, who anticipate small short-term stock movements, view the stock market as more of a gambling house. An investor, on the other hand, weighs up risk and return based on a broader investing horizon. Any investor who is accountable for his actions should work with a system that offers the greatest chances of making a profit in conjunction with limited amount of risk. What s more, it gives great peace of mind to be able to go for the highest possible yield relatively safely.

5 The Future Price Channel, the most reliable stock barometer The Future Price Channel outlines the boundaries within which the stock price is likely to fluctuate over the next 5. If the price falls below the Future Price Channel then the stock is undervalued on a fundamental basis and therefore is worth buying. If the price rises above the Future Price Channel then the stock is overvalued and therefore ought to be sold. With the Future Price Channel you not only see when a stock is under- or overvalued on a fundamental basis, but also how high the price could go in the next 5. The Future Price Channel is calculated based on the company s most recent 10 of data and the expected growth of the company over the next 5. The channel axis shows the current fundamental value of a particular stock. This is for the most part determined by the company s intrinsic ability to grow in the future. The Future Price Channel reflects the value of a stock at any time as well as how that value is likely to fluctuate over the next 5. It is based on the company s course of business and its expected results in the coming. Recent business data and other news that influences a company s course of business are factored into the Future Price Channel. You can see at once how much influence unexpected results or other news have on the value of the stock and the future of the company. The Future Price Channel, updated every day, is by far most reliable stock barometer and the most indicative investor guide. Does this investing system always yield a profit? The system reacts to every important company event and based on that event it immediately recalculates the future profit potential, the value of a stock, the Future Price Channel and other important fundamentals but of course it can neither predict unexpected company events nor sudden changes in economic circumstances. Unexpected, very negative facts can force a stock price down and therefore lead to large losses. Bad luck is never ruled out in life, not even for an investor. It comes down to working with the most efficient investing system that delivers the highest possible chance of making a profit with the lowest possible risk. A wealth of information at a favorable price You might assume that these unique opportunities and this wealth of information are only affordable to high-ranking professionals and banks. You couldn t be more wrong. We want to offer everyone the chance to use this unparalleled source of information at a reasonable price. Take a look at the Overview page in the Products menu. We recommend the PACK subscriptions. They give you access to all of the Company Reports and/or the Price Increase Potential Screenings at the lowest price.

6 Price Increase Potential Screenings, initial selection and daily overview The Price Increase Potential Screenings show the stocks with the greatest price increase potential, subdivided into young growth companies and long-standing growth companies (Blue Chips). Other possible company categories that can be selected are North American, European and Asian companies. All of the screenings show a daily updated ranking of the stocks according to their 5 year price increase potential. The price increase potential is the difference between the current price and the highest expected price in the next five. The highest expected price in the next five is mostly dependant on the company s earnings, its pace of growth and economic conditions. The stronger the growth of a company, the faster the value of its stock increases and the higher the price rises on the stock market. However, you still need to factor risk into the price increase potential. For example, the price increase potential of young growth companies is, in many cases, much larger than that of long-standing quality businesses, but the young companies are also much riskier. Under normal circumstances, the risk associated with long-standing quality businesses is, on the other hand, much lower. The following data is also shown depending on the company category selected: average cash flow growth in the last 10 average revenue growth in the last 10 average earnings growth in the last 10 average shareholder s equity growth in the last 10 percentage of revenue growth in the last 6 percentage of shareholder s equity growth in the last 6 percentage of earnings per share growth in the last 6 highest expected price in the next 5 5 year reward/risk ratio PEG ratio P/E ratio expected growth in the next 5 The Price Increase Potential Screenings show at a glance how your stocks are currently doing in the stock market based on their price increase potential for the next 5. Before buying a stock you can consult more extensive information in the Company Reports, which are available for most stocks covered by the Price Increase Potential Screenings. Take a look at the free samples in the Products menu on IRvalue.com.
