7 Spain ADIF Railway Transmission Project Adif, the administrator of railway infrastructures, is the world leader with 99.6% of train arrived with less than 3'. 11 Kazakhstan-China Natural Gas Pipeline Project AGP is Asian Gas Pipeline limited liability partnership, which was established by CNPC and Kazakhstan oil in It is aimed to build international natural gas pipeline between Kazakhstan and China. The pipeline is 1380km long, including five compressor stations, two metering stations, one main control station and thirty-three block valve stations. AGP needs a reliable telecommunication system to support SCADA system and other applications.
