ASX Code: KIN 29 th October 2015 Board of Directors Terry Grammer Chairman QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES REPORT For the Period ending 30 th September 2015 Trevor Dixon Managing Director Highlights Fritz Fitton Technical Director Joe Graziano Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary Optimisation and mine scheduling has been revised for the Lewis Trial Mine. The new mine design generates a more economically robust mining schedule incorporating >30% less waste. The operation is seen as a low cost entry to gold production via vat leaching. Contact Details Post PO Box 565 Mount Hawthorn Western Australia 6915 Office 342 Scarborough Beach Road Osborne Park Western Australia 6017 Analysis of north-west structural faults intersecting the Gwalia mine sequence has identified untested Sons of Gwalia and Tower Hill style drill targets at Gwalia South, 2.5km south of the Sons of Gwalia Mine (7Moz). Five gold anomalous zones (+5ppb Au) have been identified at Mt Flora following a regional geochemical auger soil sampling programme. The largest gold-in-soil anomaly covers a lateral extent of 3.5km peaking at 2,635ppb Au (2.635g/t Au). Phone (08) info@kinmining.com.au Website Shares on Issue: 60, Unlisted Options: 5,856,000 ASX: KIN Kin Mining (ASX: KIN) is pleased to update the market with a summary of Quarterly activities. Lewis Open Pit Optimisation Progress on the Lewis Trial Mine at the Bruno-Lewis deposit continues on schedule (KIN:ASX announcement 19/10/13). A new pit optimisation study has been completed for the proposed mining operation. Revised inputs generated a more economically robust mine schedule which resulted in a tighter constrained pit design that incorporates >30% less waste than previous pit designs. Site works has comenced, with the refurbishment of the haul road (L37/195) within the Cardinia area. Procurement of key infrustructure is under way and a mining engineer and mine geologist have been appointed to manage the Lewis trial mining operation. 1 P a g e

Managing Director Trevor Dixon said The Lewis Trial Mining is seen as a stepping stone for the company to become an emerging gold producer. The trial mine will answer fundamental questions about the properties and characteristics of the supergene ore that we will be able to incorporate into the larger Cardinia resource. This is an exciting time and it places the company closer to our ultimate business goal of becoming a gold producer. Figure 1 Plan view of the new Lewis Trial pit, which incorporates considerably less waste than previous pit designs. Resource ore blocks are coloured by grade Au g/t (green g/t, red 1-3g/t and pink >3g/t). Gwalia South Targets Following a review of the Desdemona project four high priority drill targets have been identified at Gwalia South. Exploration targeting has focused on north-west structural faults and the greenstone sequence that hosts the Gwalia type (Gwalia Mine sequence) and the Tower Hill type (graniteultramafic contact) gold mineralisation. The primary targets (GS1) are the intersection of the Gwalia Mine sequence and interpreted northwest faults (310 ) and the ductile deformation zones along these faults, positioned west of the Mt George Shear and east of the granite contact (KIN: ASX Announcement 12/10/15). 2 P a g e

The second target type (GS2) is Tower Hill style mineralisation positioned along the Raeside Granitoid/ultramafic contact that marks the edge of the greenstone belt. The sequence denotes the preferred host rocks for localised gold mineralisation and the oldest sheared greenstones in the district (2.8Ga). 4 The prospective lithologies south of the Sons of Gwalia mine are traceable into the northern end of Kin s Gwalia South tenements. Gwalia South displays the same continuous greenstone sequence cut by a number of structural faults similar to that at the Sons of Gwalia and the Tower Hill gold mines. There has not been a significant gold discovery along this southern section of the prospective Gwalia Shear Zone. Kin believe this is due to lack of outcrop and ineffective previous exploration techniques. The tenements have been inadequately explored by former tenement owners. The majority of previous exploration is shallow vertical RAB or Aircore drilling, predominantly conducted on 400m line spacings. Historic drilling has failed to intersect the north-west striking faults or drill completely through the prospective lithological contact zones or adequately test the Gwalia Mine sequence at depth. A Programme of Work (POW) has been submitted to the Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP), the application includes both RC and diamond drilling proposals. The tenements are within 10km of Leonora and drill ready. Mt Flora Kin Mining NL has received encouraging results from a recently completed auger soil geochemical programme over the entire Mt Flora tenement package. Five separate gold-in-soil anomalies (+5 ppb Au) have been identified (Figure 3). The most coherent and largest of these soil anomalies extends over 3.5 km in a northwesterly direction. The centre portion of the main anomaly exhibits a significant higher grade core (+20ppb Au) with a maximum peak soil assay of 2,635ppb gold. The soil anomaly coincides with three groups of old workings and cross cuts Mt Flora Syncline fold axis. This large soil anomaly also encompasses a drill target where limited historical RAB drilling (20 hole programme to 30m depth) intersected a broad zone of shallow gold mineralisation returning 0.53 g/t Au from 8-30m (Payne 1988). This intersection was never followed up. Regional geology comprises a suite of NNE trending greenstones positioned on the western limb of the Kilkenny Syncline. To the north a porphyritic magnetic granite is in contact with the greenstone sequence. The greenstones at Mt Flora comprises a succession of tholeiitic mafic volcanics, high magnesian basalt, chert, ultramafic rocks and a variety of mafic intrusives including gabbroic and dioritic rocks. The area is viewed as prospective for gold mineralisation. 4 P a g e

Aeromagnetic data covering the main anomalous zone displays several circular magnetic highs interpreted to possibly represent discrete buried syenite intrusions. Many of the region s largest gold mines, including the Wallaby deposit (7Moz) and Jupiter/Heffernans Find (1Moz) are associated with similar bullseye magnetic anomalies associated with small syenite or alkali-granite intrusives. 5 P a g e

Distinct Magnetic high correlating with the largest +5ppb Au soil anomaly (3.5km x 1km) Figure 4 - Mount Flora Tenement plan with anomalous gold-in-soil anomalies (+5ppb Au) and the magnetic image displaying magnetic high areas The main anomalous soil zone also encompasses a significant high-grade rock chip result, g/t Au and 0.684%ppm Pb (repeat 1.26% Pb) which was returned from a channel sample across a galena rich quartz vein in an old historic working on P39/5463. The working is located 300m north along strike from the high grade (>1oz/t Au) Spion Kop mine (KIN:ASX announcement 24/12/13). 6 P a g e

Correlation of the recent geochemical results indicates that auger soil sampling is an effective method to delineate prospective gold target areas within the Mt Flora Project. Kin plans to follow up significant results with an infill, closer spaced multi-element geochemical soil programme around the identified gold-in-soils anomalies, to further refine targets for a maiden drilling programme. Kin s Technical Director, Fritz Fitton said The recent soil geochemical results from Mt Flora are highly encouraging and co-incide with previous anomalous rock chip assays and numerous historical workings that have never been drilled. The presence of several NW trending discrete aeromagnetic anomalies over the largest (3.5km x 1km) gold anomaly is considered favorable for the discovery of Wallaby/Jupiter style gold mineralisation at Mt Flora. 10 Appendix A Company Announcement SECTION 1 Sample Techniques and Data Criteria Sampling techniques Drilling techniques Drill sample recovery Commentary Composite sieved auger samples collected at Mt Flora totaled 441. Samples were collected over varying intervals to a maximum depth of 1.2m, the average hole depth was 0.213m. Approximately grams of sample was collected via scoop from each sample point and stored in paper geochemical bags prior to submission for geochemical analysis. All samples were mixed drill spoil collected from surface to the end of hole. Samples were collected directly from the drill spoil around the 100mm auger drill hole and collected dry. Sample lines were systematically grid based and orientated east-west (GDA94 zone51). The majority of samples were collected on a 400m x 100m grid and on occasion 200m x 100m and 1200m x 200m grids were utilised. Auger soil sampling was completed using a Land Cruiser mounted power auger, 100mm diameter with standard flights and drill bits capable of a 1,200mm drill hole. The programme was conducted by Leonora based RLG Exploration Services. Composite, sieved to 1mm, soil samples were collected over a maximum of 1.2m, the total auger rod length. The average sample length was 0.213m which reflects the average hole depth. Samples were a sieved composites collected directly from the drill spoil at the hole collar. Only grams of sample was collected for analysis. Samples were stored in pre-numbered paper geochemical bags. The sample is considered to represent a composite sample. No relationship was observed between sample recovery and grade. Logging Kin s procedure for logging of sample included recording the sample colour, landform, grid coordinates and total hole depth, data is physically and electronically stored. Areas of affected by drainage (i.e. creeks) were avoided and on very rare occasions a standard sieved surface soil sample was collected if the auger rig could not penetrate the surface. All drill holes are logged to the end of hole. Subsampling techniques and sample preparation Quality of assay data and laboratory tests See Sampling techniques in the above section. All samples were collected dry, no ground water was encountered. Some residual moisture was present as the sample was collected however it evaporated upon exposure to the atmosphere and was not of sufficient concentration to affect the sieving process. No field standards or blanks were submitted with the sample batches however the assay lab, Nagrom, included its own internal checks and balances consisting of 6 repeats and 5 standards per 100 samples submitted; repeatability and standard results were within acceptable limits. Geochemical analysis was conducted by Nagrom Laboratories in Kelmscott. Sample preparation included drying samples (105 C) and pulverising to 95% passing 75µ. Samples were riffel split to secure a sample charge of 25 grams. Analysis was via Aqua Regia digest (25 gram charge) with ICP finish (ppm detection). Elements assayed include Au, Bi, As, Cr, Cu, W, Ni, Pb & Zn. The analytical process and the level of detection are considered appropriate for this current early stage of exploration. Aqua Regia acid digest is not a complete digest. As such the analysis should only be considered as partial for some elements. 10 P a g e

Criteria ASX Code: KIN Commentary No geophysical tools were used to determine any element concentrations. Only internal laboratory quality control procedures have been adopted. Verification of sampling and assaying Location of data points Data spacing and distribution All the logged samples have been assayed; the assay data has been stored physically and electronically in the database using Kin Mining s protocols. The sampling and assay data has been compiled and interpreted by company geologists and the competent person. No holes were twined. No adjustments, averaging or calibrations are made to any of the assay data recorded in the database. Sample points were located in the field using a hand held GPS with a four metre or better accuracy. The grid system utilised is (GDA94 zone51). No topographic control was required. The drill hole spacing is tenement specific; the auger drilling patterns employed were dependent on lithology and proximity to old workings. Areas of interest were sampled at a denser grid interval. Samples were collected on east-west lines. The majority of samples were collected on a 400m x 100m grid, although on occasion 200m x 100m and 1200m x 200m grids were utilised. The sample spacing is broad however it s close enough to identify modest sized zones of mineralisation. The sampling programme is a first pass exercise that was designed to identify areas of geological interest and anomalous metal zones. A closer spaced sampling programme is required to determine the size and extent of identified anomalous zones of gold mineralisation. Drill spacing and drill technique is not sufficient to establish the degree of geological and grade continuity appropriate for the mineral resources and ore reserve estimation procedures and classifications applied. Sample composting occurred in every sample, the width of the sample is dependent on the depth of the auger drill hole, some were 1.2m others 0.1m, average sampling width was 0.213m. In all cases a sample weight of gm was collected. Orientation of data in relation to geological structure Sample security The greenstone sequence displays a NNE trend. The tenement package is contiguous; the sampling programme was designed to provide, as best as practicable, an unbiased location of point sample data. The sample grid pattern is controlled by east-west lines, the majority at 400m intervals, occasionally the north-south interval was closed down to 200m and extended to 1200m, sample intervals are stationed at 100m or 200m spacing in an east west direction No orientation sampling bias has been identified in the data thus far. Holes are drilled vertically to blade refusal. Samples were collected daily in the field and stored in a secure, lockable location overnight in Leonora. Upon completion of the programme all samples were transported to Perth by a company employee. The samples were then stored in a secure lockable building. They were renumbered, checked against the field manifest and sorted. Samples were then transported, by a company employee, to the analytical laboratory in Kelmscott. Once in the laboratories possession adequate sample security measures are utilised. 11 P a g e

Criteria ASX Code: KIN Commentary Audits or reviews Sampling methodologies and assay techniques used in this geochemical auger sampling survey are considered to be mineral exploration industry standard and any audits or reviews are not considered necessary at this early exploration stage. Section 2 Reporting of Exploration Results Criteria Mineral tenement and land tenure status Commentary The soil sampling auger programme was conducted on tenements P39/ , P39/ , P39/ , P39/5185 and P39/5463, the area is named the Mt Flora project. All tenements are held in the name of Mr. Trevor John Dixon although the tenements are managed, explored and maintained by Kin Mining NL. The tenements are located on Minara Station mostly within the Shire of Leonora in the Mt Morgan District of the Mt Margaret Mineral Field in the centre of the North Eastern Goldfields. The tenements are subject to an option agreement between Kin Mining NL and the vendor (T. Dixon) who maintains a 2% gross royalty as detailed in the Kin Mining NL Prospectus. The option agreement has been exercised but the transfer process is yet to be completed, as the agreement is currently with the Office of State Revenue for assessment and stamping. The Company retains an executed transfer document that will be lodged with the DMP following the assessment process. Tenements P39/ & 5185 are subject to an application for an extension of term pursuant to Regulation 16B(1)(c)(iii) of the Mining Act 1978 and Mining Regulations M39/459 is enclosed within and surrounded by the Mt Flora tenement holding, it is excised and not part of the companies land tenure Exploration done by other parties There are no other existing impediments to the tenements. Gold was initially discovered in the area in 1895 however no substantial gold mines are contained within the project area although numerous shallow gold workings along narrow, sulphidic quartz reefs are found within the leases. In addition several small rich historic workings (+1oz/t) are outside the lease area but in the immediate vicinity (i.e. Lady Susan, Abednego Hill, Australia United, Federation and Mt Flora mines). The area is known for near surface alluvial and colluvial gold in laterite. Historically the gold has been won by dry blowing and in recent times by metal detecting, numerous detecting patches have been discovered at Mt Flora, mainly surrounding P39/4617. In Sons of Gwalia explored the area; work conducted included geological mapping, rock chip sampling and RAB drilling. The drilling followed up a previous vertical RAB soil sampling programme, holes were confined to P39/5463 for an advance of 600m (20x30m holes) the best drill intersections returned 1.18g/t Au from 24m in AR014 and 0.53g/t Au from 8m in AR017. The work was never followed up. (A Report 23825, Payne 1988) Geology The regional geology comprises a suite of NNE trending greenstones positioned on the western limb of the Kilkenny Syncline in contact, to the north, with a large porphyritic magnetic granite (Nambi Granite). The greenstones comprise a succession of tholeiitic mafic volcanics, high magnesian basalts, chert, ultramafic rocks and a variety of mafic intrusives, 12 P a g e

Criteria ASX Code: KIN Commentary including mid-coarse gabbroic and dioritic rocks sometimes with large phenocrysts of altered feldspar locally known as cat rock. Exploration is targeting modest sized but high grade lode and/or shear hosted gold mineralisation similar to other deposits in the local district. Drill hole Information Data Aggregation methods In all 441 vertical auger drill holes have been completed, the maximum hole depth is 1.2m. The location of the hole collars is presented as a plan in the in the body of this report. The gold-in-soil results have been plotted and contoured (+5ppb Au). It is considered impractical to list a table of drill hole details in this report format. No averaging of the raw assay data was applied. Raw data was used to determine the location of gold-in-soil anomalies and anomalous gold trends. Geological assessment and interpretation was used to determine the relevance of the plotted anomalies with respect to the sampled regolith. No upper cuts were applied to determine anomalous gold areas, however results <5ppb Au are considered to represent background values and are considered to be below what is regarded as anomalous or significant. Relationship Between Mineralisation widths and intercept lengths Diagrams Balanced Reporting Other Substantive exploration data Further work All assay results are collected from individual auger drill holes, only one sample was collected from each hole. Samples are regarded as composite samples. The maximum sample width is 1.2m, 441 samples were collected, and the average sample width is 0.213m. Relevant type example plans and diagrams are included in this report. Detailed assay results are diagrammatically displayed in this report. Only the gold results are discussed and reported however analysis for several elements including Bi, As, Cr, Cu, W, Ni, Pb & Zn (ppm detection) was also conducted. Regarding the results received no other substantive data is currently considered necessary, given the early stage of exploration activities at this time. The gold-in-soil anomalies will be assessed to determine which anomalies should be tested further. An additional soil sampling programme is required over areas that returned significant results. Any follow up soil sampling programme will be closer spaced and designed to target the higher order gold-in-soil results. Once additional point data is collected, assayed and interrogated anomalies can be followed up via drill tested. 13 P a g e
