Low priority for the existing users decide to upgrade the system just because of the new technology. No dedicated MIS resources for the VoIP maintenance. Except the H/W, there are a lot of causes from S/W which SMB users is hard to handle by themselves. Worry about the the current PSTN number is still valid? Opportunity is here.

WiFi phone set will be provided as a VoIP mobile services. Internet SMB Become the default solution with laptop PC Video service will be expected. KTS like VoIP SMB solution will be expected. Hybrid solution to help SMB keep the original PSTN numbers. Plug and play, self-service, service, painless expansion, reliable system will be the major factors to make the SMB solution success.
