COURT ORDER: To approve order rescinding that portion of Court Order No (8/3/99) which sets forth policies regarding eligibility criteria applicable to election officials for elections held at the expense of the County. 13. COURT ORDER: To approve order receiving and approving the Quarterly Investment Report of Dallas County Funds for the period from October 1, 2000 through December 31, 2000, as provided by the County Treasurer. 14. COURT ORDER: To approve order appointing/reappointing designated persons to certain listed Boards, Commissions and/or Committees for a term expiring January 31, COURT ORDER: To approve order authorizing the County Judge to execute Work Order No.8 with Contract Land Staff, Inc. for condemnation support, appraisal and acquisition/ negotiation services on the Ten Mile Creek/Roy Orr Trail project, in an amount not to exceed $54,937.00, with $2, of this being provided on a reimbursable, as needed, basis from the City of DeSoto for condemnation support, with $22, being available from the County in Fund for appraisal services, and with $30, being available from the City of DeSoto in escrow account for acquisition/negotiation services. 16. COURT ORDER: To approve order authorizing submission of the White Rock/Deep Ellum Connection trail proposal to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) for funding under its Regional Park Grant Program, and authorizing the County Judge to sign any related documents. 17. COURT ORDER: To approve order approving a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Dallas County, the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation (MHMR), the Dallas Area NorthSTAR Authority, and Value Options, Inc. regarding the NorthSTAR managed care program for enhancement of behavioral health services in Dallas County, and authorizing the County Judge to sign the agreement on behalf of the County.

COURT ORDER: To approve order authorizing the Office of Budget and Evaluation to transfer funds in the amount of $9, from Child Support Emergency Reserves to Other Professional Fees for payment to Apollo Software for additional programming for the Apollo child support system, authorizing the County Judge to sign the Cooperative Agreement with The Office of the Attorney General to enable the Child Support Office to provide Customer Service and updates to the State Case Registry database, and authorizing the County Auditor to establish a revenue code to track reimbursements from this agreement. 19. COURT ORDER: To approve order approving the request of Road & Bridge District #1 to (1) change the superintendent position from a full-time position with benefits to a 900 hour or less part-time position without benefits; (2) rehire the current retiring incumbent at his current rate of pay; (3) transfer 50% of the savings back to the County with the remainder to be placed in the Department's DDA Account; and (4) authorize the double-fill of one vacant secretarial position and one office manager position through the use of said DDA funds. 20. COURT ORDER: To approve order authorizing the implementation of twenty (20) computer related replacement requests for a total one-time cost of $74, to be funded from the County Replacement Fund No COURT ORDER: To approve order approving the award of RFP No (Request for Proposals for Records Management System) to Triadd Software at an estimated cost of $30,505.00, and authorizing the MIS Director to allocate and set up the required server for the system. 22. COURT ORDER: To approve order approving a Emergency Fee Agreement between Dallas County and BroadBand Office Communications, Inc., and authorizing the County Judge to sign said agreement.

6 23. COURT ORDER: To approve order approving refunds to taxpayers, as listed, in amounts over $ for erroneous or excessive tax payments. 24. COURT ORDER: To approve order approving a continuation grant application to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for the STD/HIV Prevention Training Center (Grant #R30/CCR ) for the period from April 1, 2001 through March 31, 2002, and authorizing the County Judge to sign said application and other related documents on behalf of Dallas County. 25. COURT ORDER: To approve order approving the reallocation of FY Ryan White Title II funds in the amount of $75, to listed service providers, and authorizing the County Judge to sign the contract amendments on behalf of Dallas County. 26. COURT ORDER: To approve order approving the reallocation of FY Ryan White Title I Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) funds in the amount of $48, to listed service providers, and authorizing the County Judge to sign the contract amendments on behalf of Dallas County. 27. COURT ORDER: To approve order approving a professional services contract in the amount of $2, with Randall Russell for the purpose of providing technical assistance to Dallas County Health and Human Services (DCHHS) in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the DCHHS HOPWA-funded rental reimbursement program, and authorizing the County Judge to sign said contract on behalf of Dallas County. 28. COURT ORDER: To approve order approving the FY 2001 Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) contract in the amount of $1,185,769 with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA), and authorizing the County Judge to electronically sign said contract on behalf of Dallas County.

COURT ORDER: To approve order approving the additional $108,691, allocated under the 2000 TU Electric Weatherization Piggyback Program contract, for the period from April 1, 2000 through March 31, 2001, and approving the appropriations as submitted. 30. COURT ORDER: To approve order approving the name change of the Mountain View Senior Center to the Emeritus Center at Mountain View College, effective immediately. 31. COURT ORDER: To approve order accepting the FY 2001 Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) Grant award of $1,165,562 from the State of Texas, Office of the Governor, Criminal Justice Division (CJD), and authorizing the County Judge and County Auditor to sign the Grant Acceptance Notice and related documents on behalf of Dallas County. 32. COURT ORDER: To approve order accepting the award of $31,377 from the Community Council of Greater Dallas for the funding of one (1) Community Liaison Officer and participation in the Project initiative, and authorizing the County Judge to sign the contract on behalf of Dallas County. 33. COURT ORDER: To approve order authorizing the City of DeSoto to utilize the County's Annual Contract for Office Products, Bid No , for the period from September 1, 2000 through August 31, 2002, and authorizing the County Judge to execute the City/County Agreement with the City of DeSoto for usage of said contract. 34. COURT ORDER: To approve order authorizing the award of RFP No (Request for Proposals for Audio/Visual Recording and Sound Amplification System for the Dallas County Commissioners Courtroom) to Jefferson Audio Video Systems, Inc. at $42,846.00, authorizing the Commissioners Court Administrator to hire a Court Recorder to manage the recording system, and authorizing the County Judge to execute the final negotiated terms of the contract on behalf of Dallas County as approved by the District Attorney's Office and Commissioners Court staff. 38. COURT ORDER: To approve order authorizing the County Judge to execute Change Order No.1, in an amount not to exceed $2,805.60, to the contract with Anchor Roofing Systems, Ltd., for the Roof Replacement - Health and Human Services Buildings, 2355 and 2377 Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas, Bid No COURT ORDER: To approve order authorizing the County Judge to execute a contract, in an amount not to exceed $372,623.00, with Thyssen Dover Elevator for the Dallas County 2001 Major Elevator Upgrade - Health and Human Services Building, 2377 Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas, Bid No , and Change Order No.1 to said contract to add forty-five (45) calendar days to the contract time, thereby changing the date of completion from September 5, 2001 to October 20, 2001.
